This bakery is located in the Kroger Marketplace. It is not a bad bakery at all and they offer a lot of fresh baked goods along with prepackaged goods too. You can order specialized values for parties and the variety is nice.

I want the manager to know what a poor decision it was to close down the only cashier 30 minutes before closing time, right as our turn came up. This forced us and everyone else to self-checkout. We had 2 carts full and tied up the line for a very long time. This was Dec 22, a prime shopping time. What were you thinking? I understand why your store was out of many items, but hard to wrap my head around your management choices.

I went to Kroger today and purchased the raw sushi and a quart of half and half. The half and half wasn't as cold as it should be. And the sushi tasted old and did not look very good. I ate the Maki and my stomach felt bad for hours later. I did not eat the Nigiri because of the fish not looking very fresh and a white discoloration on one piece of fish.

I asked for a cake for a 15 year old male and asked her to be creative. She already complained that I request the cake at 7 am to be ready for the evening but for $35 this was disappointing to me . ( I would not recommend the cake designer for another cake)

Pay attention when you shop at Kroger. If you see this sign (SURPRISE) that’s per pound BUT it’s the price on a two pound package. And no they won’t sell you half the bag. So when you check out you pay double the amount. When question the manager all they said was it states that on small print. Well crap I’m old for loads of reasons I assume that’s the price. Kroger your prices need to be correct.

This store feels like a hot mess. There are always spills, misplaced items, items on the ground, etc. Every time I walk out, I feel relieved to be done with this place! The staff has been very friendly though, so they have that going for them!

I love this store, but I have gone several times on a Saturday and the seafood and meat department is shut down. There are hardly any steaks to choose from in the cooler section. I don’t understand it. Can you explain why?

The manager is mean and banned me from there for no reason I spend tons of money there after I did nothing wrong you couldn’t pay me money to step foot into what used to be my favorite store the manager needs fired and to run the store not make fake accusations

I placed an order through their online app. I received a wrong product (4 of the same item) even though I had indicated what would have been an acceptable substitution. I called the store and they will not do a return, exchange or refund and told me to call instacart. Instacart was wonderful but were unable to assist as I did not originally place the order through them. I do not recommend their online pick up or delivery service as every order I have placed has had something wrong even though I either choose "no substitution" or very clearly indicate what is acceptable. We have medical conditions and food allergies that prohibit us from using certain products. Very disappointed in Kroger and will probably stop shopping there. They are not the only grocery store in town.

I was there today and while I was in line at self check out there was a man who got very upset and was using very foul language. It got pretty tense. I heard someone call for a manager overhead. It was AMAZING how fast the manager got there! The manager and two other employees were talking with the man when I left and he was much calmer. Thank you Kroger staff for keeping us all as safe as possible. You are much appreciated. May God bless you all!!

We tried out Kroger pick up for the first time on Friday 24 2019. The pick up time was 7 to 8 p.m. Our sales associate Nicholas made the pickup experience great for us. Nicholas was very thorough in explaining and answering any question I had! It sales associates like Nicholas that make a grocery pick up fast and easy and fun. Nicholas strives to please kroger's customers anyway he can. Nicholas also really cares about his job and tries to do his best. I can't express how wonderful it was to be greeted and helped by somebody who had a great attitude and a smile. Thanks Kroger team for saving us time and Money!

Some of the Employees are very nice but some of them are very rude towards customers and the manager I dealt with today allowed the behavior. I was trying to use my account and my husbands account for some diapers and CARLOS flew all over me telling me that I couldn’t shop there anymore today. Then called the manager over who wouldn’t even talk to me but instead whispered with Carlos about how cheap my transaction was (thanks to DIGITAL coupons) and Carlos came over and told me I couldn’t shop there anymore. Then told me my husband had to be here to use his account. SO MY HUSBAND COMES and then tells him he can’t either because we live in the same house.
