My motorcycle was towed by KEG towing 2 weeks ago. The driver was very nice and cordial the whole ride but he was a technician not an experienced tow truck driver. So he tied it up with the pressure against the kick stand. The bike fell over on the first turn and broke a turn signal mirror, bent the rear brake pedal, scuffed up the fairings and broke the windscreen where the fasteners attach. After a week of them saying they will take care of it and do the right thing and multiple pictures of proof that started that evening, they denied any damages caused by them so I'm out a $1,100+ worth of damages plus the $135 tow bill for a 10 mile tow. What a terrible way to do business.

Today my parents were in an accident and their vehicle needed to be towed. I just want to say thank you to the tow truck driver Justin, for being so kind and willing to help in anyway that he could. He went above and beyond his job duties. Thanks again Justin!!!
