I haven’t actually had to take my car to Joe’s yet, but when that time comes I won’t be taking it anywhere else!
I called to see if I could make an appointment for my car, as it hasn’t been starting very well the past couple days.
The wonderful lady that answered the phone was so polite. She asked me a couple questions and let me ask some questions of my own. She didn’t have an answer to a couple of them, so she took my name and number and was going to talk to the mechanic and call me back.
It wasn’t 20 mins later that she called. He suggested I go have the battery checked before I wasted any money having the car checked out. It sounded like a bad battery to him. She told me where I could get it checked for free, and if it wasn’t the battery to call her back and they would get me in for an appointment. It was nothing more than a bad battery, and I only had to pay for the cost of the battery to have it replaced. I cannot thank Joe’s enough for the free and solid advice. They saved me time, money and the hassle of trying to have my car looked at, with nothing more than a phone call. Thank you for your generosity!!

Having read numerous reviews about the quality service this auto repair shop provides, I was happy to give them a visit. Those.reviews were spot on.
I would.bit hesitate bringing your automotive repair needs to Joes.
I trusted them with my 34 year old baby and they treated it with great respect. The car...not the little lady!

I had a nail in the tire. They took it out, and since there was no leak, they didn't even charge! Great and knowledgeable and fair place.

I took it by and oil change place that tried to replace my ball bearings which would have cost me like $500. Took it Joes to get the repair done and they realized there was just a bolt loose. Appreciate the integrity to not charge me for a repair I didn’t need!

Started died on my truck at 4pm, towed it to joes at 5pm. They had my truck fixed and running like new by 12pm the following day!

These people raised my father in law's 1984 Ford truck from the dead. Shorty Johnson would have been so proud of the work they did. I know they are not in the restoration business but thank you guys. Need a modern car fixed? They can do it.

I've used Joes Tire and Auto on multiple occasions. I've recommended them to friends and family and they have used them as well. Nothing but good things to say about Mike and the excellent work the mechanic crew does. Very knowledgeable, very reasonably priced, and unless they are just covered up busy, they are very quick. Great Job guys! Keep up the good work! Best Shop in town!
