I don't know what changed during the hiring process, but the employees used to be extremely friendly. However, recent hires have attitudes and are unwilling to help. Getting them to honor sales (literally posted on signs) is like pulling teeth. What is the benefit of them withholding sales? The selection here is extremely limited as well. Also, items in the clearance section don't sell because they're not discounted at all.

EDIT*** In 4 days it will have been 2 months since placing this order and the 2 yards of fleece fabric and the 4 yards of musIin still have not shipped yet*****I placed an order on Nov, 20th, 2023, nearly a month ago. Two items arrived in the normal time frame, 2 yards of fabric and 4 of muslin has been processing ever since!!! I contacted customer support via their text number multiple times. I was finally told that the warehouse would be expediting this order and it was being investigated since it was taking way longer than their normal time frame and that I would hear back soon about an update. After a few days of hearing nothing I contacted them via the text number for customer service again multiple times over a few days and did not get a single response. I finally emailed them and asked about the order and not getting a response when trying to get a hold of customer service. I just got a generic reply about high order volumes making shipping take longer than their 6 to 7 days and that they could try to refund but there was no guarantee. This makes me feel though I provided my order number that it was not even looked into before they responded. I have ordered from Joann's for a long time and never experienced such terrible customer service! I honestly expected the customers satisfaction and experience to matter more from a company who relies solely on them for business. It is truly just a shame, I can understand a long wait time and would never be upset over that but almost a month (a month in 3 days) with nearly zero customer service or support!!!

Will never order from this place again Placed a order 11/26 they kept saying it was it was getting my order ready checked it 12/22 and they canceled it no email or nothing from them. Thank you Joann's for running my Christmas .....
