They were very courteous and efficient in their work. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and always asked if we had any questions. The whole process took no more than an hour. “We got fed up with Optimum as our internet provider, so we switched to T-Mobile home internet. I visited our local T-Mobile, they had the equipment on hand, and the sign-up/paperwork was quick and easy. I was back home with the equipment installed and our internet up and running within a couple of hours from the time I first walked into their store.Their internet worked fine for our needs - it was plenty fast enough for multiple stream videos at the same time along with lag free gaming, etc. But be aware that they don't guarantee any particular speed, and your speed will be very dependent on how close you are to one of their towers. Also your speed will vary slightly depending on the overall customer use load on that tower - for example speed tests I routinely ran always tended to show slightly faster speeds in the early am hrs compared to prime times when more customers are using their devices. So if you are out of range of their towers, it may not be a good fit for you.Compared to Optimum, the cost of TM Home Internet was substantially less, we appreciated that their were no surprises on our billings, and no annoying sales calls trying to upsell services (T-Mobile is not our cell phone provider, and they never even pressured us to switch that).We liked the T-Mobile Internet so well that we then switched our business internet from Optimum to T-Mobile. It's a little slower speed connection but plenty fast enough for our needs (business is not as close to a tower, and the metal building is harder for the cell signal to penetrate). We did put up an external antenna just above our roofline, which really helped. The monthly savings from using T-Mobile vs what Optimum had been charging us paid for the cost of the external antenna within 3 months.Later on Right Fiber became available in our neighborhood, and we switched our home service to that simply because fiber is better technology than cell, but we certainly weren't unhappy with T-Mobile as a company. We are still with T-Mobile on our business internet and are very satisfied. We are also happy with Right Fiber at our home. Both are MUCH better than Optimum cable.”

“Went to get a screen protector for my Pixel 8. On the website they were on sale for $45 At the store they were $60. I told them but they wouldn't.price match. So I went online there and bought it and had it delivered to the store. Walked out with a new protector. Be sure and register for the warranty. I didn't on the first one and could have gotten it replaced for free”

“Had major issues with a purchase of two new phones. Went through customer service and still couldn’t get it fixed. Called the store and the manager Katie offered to meet with me. She took her time with my account and fixed everything. She listened and cared and was extremely polite! If you have any issues, call Katie!”

“I've had optimum for almost a year now in Lake City Ar. It is by far the best Internet I've ever had. Fast, low prices and always reliable; plus they have excellent customer service. It's a shame when I had to move and cancel my service because they don't offer it in my new town. No contract and no cancellation fee even made disconnecting better than what other Internet services offer. Can't wait for them to expand and offer in my area of Keiser Ar, if they ever expand this way that is.”
