Staff are super friendly and helpful. My dog is very timid but he gets excited when he realizes we are there. He has an amazing day and I am thankful for the ability to trust in them caring for him. And I love the daily photos they post!!!!

My 3 dogs go to Hounds and they LOVE it! The staff is great with them and they always post a lot of pictures of them on their fb page! Definitely a 10/10 day care! :)

Hounds Hideaway is wonderful! Daycare absolutely makes a huge difference for my fur baby. It gives him a chance to play and make doggy friends. Boarding is great. I love being able to see the pictures of him on-line. Pack leaders genuinely care for our pups!

The only place I’ll take my babies!! They post pictures throughout the day/stay on their Facebook so you can check on them which I love! Every time I pick them up, they are clean and happy!!

We have used several different boarding places and by far Hounds Hideaway in Jonesboro is the best. They take such excellent care of our dogs.

We love Hounds Hideaway! The Pack Leaders really care about the fur kids. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The folks are very friendly and accommodating of special needs/requests. Always our first choice for daycare or boarding.

Hounds Hideaway is amazing. The care and attention given to the dogs is beyond my expectations. They pictures throughout the day so you can see your dog socializing. We are taking Izzy twice a week and plan on boarding her there when we go on vacation.

Hounds' is THE best place to send your pups!! My two absolutely love going. As soon as we pull into Congress Circle they start getting excited and are ready to go. All of the Pack Leaders are super friendly. I'm always greeted as soon as I walk in (so are my boys). They do nose-to-tail checks everyday for all the dogs' safety. I believe all the workers are CPR trained for dogs. They have 3 play groups based on size and temperament. They post pictures throughout the day for parents to check in and see the fun. If you are concerned, they have no issue with you calling to check on your baby. My boys also get groomed there. Kait does a fantastic job with their cuts. We board them there as well. They have you fill out a detailed questionnaire before your boarding stay to ensure the best care possible (like when and how much to feed, give any medicines, you can do treats or chews at bedtime). Hailey and the gang are absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about Hounds Hideaway. Best place for pups, hands down.

We LOVE Hounds Hideaway for our doodle. Whether it is for boarding or for day care he is so well taken care of. I never worry a minute when he is there. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the pups are happy and safe.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Took my little fur baby in for the first time to daycare and she was in heaven as much as much loves playing with other dogs. She was so warn out when I picked her up and could tell she didn’t want to leave lol. She definitely will be returning for some more fun in the near future!

Today was our Aussiedoodle puppy, Artie's first day at doggie daycare. They greeted us with a sweet sign with his name in the lobby.The staff members who took Artie back seem to be genuine dog lovers, and I felt safe leaving him there. We got a phone call mid morning to let us know how he was doing - not just "oh, he's doing fine," but specifically what he'd been doing.We love HH - family members recommended them highly and we agree. We'll be back next time Artie needs a day away from the house and some playtime.

We had our first day today at the Rogers location and it was such a great experience! The boys had so much fun and I was so reassured with pictures and updates throughout the day. The report card at the end of the day was just the cherry on top. We can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely love this place! The staff is warm and welcoming. They really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable with leaving your fur babies. Gwinn was awesome! She posted pictures and even called to tell me how Princess was getting along. I highly recommend them!
