“This is the best hotel by far in Jonesboro. Great modern rooms with pretty great wifi, a nice hot tub and pool, evening reception (two free drinks and free snacks!!) and the best breakfast buffet and omelet bar! This place is hopping during the weekend, but can be quiet during the weekdays, which felt great. The stay is very worth the money.”

“You hear about southern hospitality all of the time but I’ve never truly experienced it like I did for a 1-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro.Upon using the app to book two adjoining rooms, I was having issues. I called the hotel directly and Daniel answered. Not only was Daniel friendly and accommodating, his demeanor was pure and welcoming. My husband (hearing Daniel on speakerphone) was even impressed by how friendly and helpful he was.Once we arrived, Steve was the associate that checked us in and was also very helpful and friendly. It started to feel a bit twilight-zone-ish because we just aren’t used to such high spirits when traveling so far from home. This morning when heading out, there was a girl at the front desk. The woman this morning matched the pleasant service we received the evening before. She asked how our night was and wished us safe travels.The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Sure they could probably use an update here and there but if you aren’t looking for issues, you wouldn’t notice them.I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to have such sweet, enjoyable customer service as we experienced at Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro. Thank you Daniel, Steve, and the woman this morning for showing us true Southern Hospitality.”
“Lots of renovation right now. But the rooms are nice. The beds are comfortable. It's really close to a lot of good food. The sweets are very large and roomy just a single room though and the privacy is amazing. The water pressure is really good too.”

“Great rate if going through Wyndham at $65 a room, king or double. Firm mattress in my double.Although older facilities and could use some updating, this has been very well maintained. Clean through and through. I would consider this motel again.Breakfast from 6-10 but it is a cold snack style. A grab and go type breakfast bar. Thank you for the delicious, cold orange juice!”

“The hotel was so cute, comfortable and clean. The Host was awesome too; they checked in everyday I was there to make sure I had everything we needed during our stay. I will make this my go to Hotel every time I visit my son at Arkansas State University. And the bonus was the pet friendly no fee. Thanks for helping us enjoy our stay in Jonesboro, AR.Rooms: The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for myself and my child. Best part is I didn’t hear my neighbors!!!Safety: I felt very safe there and friendly peopleWalkability: I was very busy so I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the scenery. But that was plenty of restaurants and shopping areas that was within walking distance.”
