I have had several experiences where the work takes much longer than expected but my experience today takes the cake. I made an appointment for 9:00 am to get an extra key fob made and because my airbag light came on. A few days ago my check engine light came on so when I got here I asked if they could check that out as well. I was informed it would be $135 for diagnostic for the air bag and another $135 for diagnostic for the airbag. I agreed. After sitting for 3-1/2 hours they replaced my alternator and told me I was ready to go. I ask about my key and instead of getting my new key fob programmed, they are replacing the battery in my original key fob. After another hour I finally get my new key fob. As I'm heading out of town I realize my airbag light is still on. I return only to be told that they forgot to have them check the airbag! I don't know what's going on with this place but they need to get it together.

I had my A/C repaired here yesterday. I am so impressed! Thank you, Ronnie, for everything, and Jose!Both of these guys stayed a little while after the svc dept. closed so I could pick up my vehicle. Ronnie called the next day to make sure my A/C was running okay & to make sure I made it safely home (I live 2 hours from Honda of Jonesboro).If you need service at this dealership, please call Ronnie or Jose. I will!

Charlie was absolutely the best! I would definitely recommend seeing him. He did a wonderful job! 10/10 recommend seeing Charlie! He was very patient stayed extra time with us to make sure I was satisfied!

Just bought vehicle number 4 from Honda of jonesboro. First one with Scott as the new General manager. The process was very quick and simple. Scott, Dave, and Micheal went above and beyond to get me the perfect vehicle with no hassle.

Sales staff very nice. Service dept is overbooked. I was told that on site service dept. does not do appointments. Apparently outsourced and people setting up appts. aren't concerned about the number of services they book. I had appointment for oil change and was there for 2 hours. The waiting area was full and you could hear people complaining about their wait. The employee answering people's complaints was nice. Always before service dept. seemed to run smoothly. Owners need to go back to letting service appts. be scheduled on site. If you need any MAINTENANCE or REPAIRS be prepared to WAIT and WAIT.

Great experience. Majority of everything was already completed before I got there so I did not have to wait long. Adrian even had a vehicle already picked out for me and he did a great job because I love it.

Zach and Brad helped us with the purchase. Jacob was the Mgr. on duty, and Michael Modica was our finance guy. Start to finish, great experience. We didn't need a car, but my wife wanted to buy her first new car, and they made it an easy process. The service was outstanding, even after the sale. As a sales manager in town, I can appreciate how everything was handled. Although, more attention and respect given to my wife would have been appreciated since she was the actual buyer of the car. Overall, give the guys 10/10. Have done business here before, and glad to have done it again.

I've been searching for a new car for a bit. I came in on a whim after dealing with another dealership. After talking to Matt and the rest of the team I knew I found the right place to go to. They were all helpful and informative and worked with me to get the right car for my needs. A complete 180 from every other dealership I've visited in the past year. The entire staff and process was great.

I was on a road trip, and my splash shield had slipped and was hitting the road. I called them, and they got me right in after I told them I was just passing through. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. They got the car in and out in, maybe, 30 minutes. While waiting, there were snacks and drinks available, which was a really nice touch. My grandmother was with me and it was a hot, Arkansas day.After it was all said and done, they didn't even charge me for the service. They said that someone must have forgotten the bolts when changing my oil. (My local Honda dealership) It wasn't their responsibility, but they still didn't charge me.I, honestly, have not had a better experience at a dealership before this. It was great from start to finish. I was super impressed. My local Honda dealership could definitely use pointers from them.

Great folks that really stepped up to help my daughter to get great car that she can count on. Brittney was awesome and showed great compassion to my daughter. Jacob was kind and able to work with us to get her a great deal through financing and assisting in completing the sale. Honda of Jonesboro should be proud of this two for their professionalism and care of their customers. A++++ experience!!!!!!!

When you go into a business, in this case Honda of JBO and someone waits on you immediately you are off to a good start. Service Rep was cordial and got all the info he required. He told me the waiting room had fresh coffee, snacks, and water. Oh, by the way, rest room was clean. 45 minutes or so he comes back and says my car has been serviced, so I pay out. Normally after a service they wash your car, but this time the car wash was being serviced by an outside crew and that’s totally understandable everything needs to be serviced just like my car. This visit was great!

Our finance guy, Mr Kelly, and our Saleman, Mr Jose, were just absolutely fantastic!! We are so pleased with the help, patience, and information they provided us on such an important decision. 5 out of 5! Definitely recommend and will use them again!
