I love Hollywood Feed. I use the Fromm brand dog food, dry and wet. They love that brand a lot. I build up points. The last time I was there, I received 51.00 off my Fromm purchase with my Hollywood feed points. Also, I enjoy the sale prices of the treats and bones. The staff is so friendly & they help customers find what they need. The new store is nice too and has a great location.

I normally do not leave reviews but I decided to leave one for this store. I’m pretty disappointed in Hollywood Feed. It seems like this store is just for dogs. There’s only one aisle for cats and the selection is minimal compared to all of products they offer for dogs. To add to this, the one aisle they do have for cats still contains items for dogs. It’s kinda comical. If I had dogs, this place would be heaven. But cats are basically an afterthought at this store. With all of that being said, the staff there are wonderful and I have nothing negative to say about their customer service. I just wish the section for cats wasn’t put on the back-burner.

Jonesboro Arkansas store ... extremely helpful workers. Young man suggested a great product to keep my temporary foster dog busy and it worked. I like going here and I also I love the fact that the chain originated in Memphis.

Asked for something to help with my dogs eyes having greenish eye boogers (bad) and the lady automatically took me to some EYE WASH stuff and said that it was what she uses on her German shepherd.. that it’s probably just allergies.. bought it as I was buying they said if for any reason it doesn’t work bring it back and they’ll refund or replace it.. so hopefully IT WORKS!! But overall I’m pleased with the service ?

There are several pet stores where we live but we like Hollywood Feed the best. If you can’t find what you want or need for your pet it would be unlikely. The store smells good and the employees are super friendly and helpful. Would like to see a clothing line for small dogs though. Other than that it’s a great store!
