Went to pick up my rental. Not very pleased with the staff, took me out to my car started it and hurried back inside. As I was getting into the vehicle the overwhelming stench of marijuana took over. Air on high and windows down still couldn’t stand the smell. Not pleased at all. I simply don’t understand how they think this is acceptable to give to a customer.

Best rental place I’ve used.
My boyfriend and I needed to get to Florida and the lady worked with us we even had to add another day over the phone and had no issues at all

Thank you for all the nice reviews about me and my old staff. Unfortunately, we were treated very unprofessional and disrespectfully by the area manager, Larry Johnson. I enjoyed being the Branch Manager for the past 7 years and loved making connections with my customers.

Be very mindful- you may pay for a Rideshare only to find out they don't have any available cars. If you are in a situation where you don't have time or resources to plan and prepare - they may not be able to assist you. Also- just because a Call Center person told you something does not make it so.

I can't say enough GREAT things about this company in Jonesboro, Arkansas. We worked with Wendy. She was very polite and kind from the start. We found ourselves in kind of an emergency situation for a vehicle to drive from point A two point B. We had a lot of obstacles that we had to get over and Windy assisted us at every turn. This woman was a Godsent! Wendy was very knowledgeable, efficient, customer service driven and compassionate about her job and the customer. I hope this employee will be recognized for going above and beyond the call of duty for the customer and the company. She would be an excellent training teacher to other employees how to handle customers and problem solved. You have a lifetime customer with us from here on out. Bro I had an appointment up at the Jonesboro location I rented a car for 2 days I reserved 2 days in advance, they told me corporate charged the policy a week ago but I read nothing about this in the updated 2024 policy, this trip was really important I was gonna see my son for his birthday and my mother cause she recently lost her house but I guess things don't work out the way u plan I'm not mad just sad n upset.

Nothing but first class service. Staff was extremely helpful and flexible. They had a very human element and made my experience awesome despite my personal setback with my personal vehicle. I will use them in the future for sure.

Made the reservation online, showed up, they said the vehicle is not available, we will have to let them know at least 2 weeks before.

I’m giving them 1 star because I made a reservation for a car, showed up to pick it up, and was told they didn’t have the car I booked. They said I need to schedule at least 2 weeks in advance, but nowhere did they mention that when I booked or when I spoke with their corporate team. This is complete BS, and I’m beyond pissed off.
