“I kind of secretly like coming here for projects because I always end up buying more than I intended but in a good way - the home and yard improvements are fun! The employees I've encountered have been stellar-from plant advice, to helping lift and find items without being asked. The man bringing back the carts has went out of his way to check the safety of the carts when we've came up before, super friendly and caring. And a lot of the prices are better than Lowe's. Also the website count on items in stock is usually spot on.”

“I've purchased 2 dryers in 2 weeks that have both been defective. I called to arrange pick up of the dryer and hourly supervisor Miranda, at the Jonesboro, AR store was very unprofessional. She tried speaking to me thru another associate. Once she finally decided to speak for herself and get on the phone she was super unhelpful, and refused to help me then hung up on me. I expect her to be held accountable for less than poor customer service. That being said, after being hung up on and having to call back several more times before anyone would answer, I finally got assistant manager Kenny. He was polite and helped me the best he could. although he couldn't arrange for my dryer to be picked up with a working one delivered on the same day, he assured me I would have a working one in the next 4 days. Kenny was friendly and understood our frustration and did his best to make it right. I'm certain he deals with alot of upset customers because of rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful associates like Miranda. I truly hope Lowe's corporation will take this seriously and hold Miranda accountable. I will update my review once this is resolved.”

“Nice hardware store in the Hilltop area of Jonesboro. It is not as large or extensive as some of the competitors in town but it still has most everything you need or could find at any other hardware store. The prices are competitive as well and they occasionally have good sales on their products. It is one of the few dealers of Big Green Eggs in the area too, if you are looking for one. Good store and addition to the area.”
