Prices are ridiculous you can shop online or go to Ross or Burlington and buy shoes and clothes brand new for what this goodwill is asking for their items. I've seen shoes with no insoles or laces priced $19.99 just because they are Nike not all Nike or other name brands are worth a lot of money especially in rough shape I would understand if the shoes are in good condition but they're not and they're pricing some shoes as high as 29.99 which is too much. They have even raised the prices on plush animals they use to be .99 cents now they have some priced at $9.99 or more. The manager of this store better get ahold of these prices before they start losing even more customers than they already have!

I appreciate the services that Goodwill provides. It is always interesting to see what you can find there, too. My only real complaint with them has to do with the organization of the clothing. They sort everything by COLOR not by SIZE. It seems to me that size would be the most important criteria for selecting clothing. I generally don't look for a blue shirt regardless of whether or not it fits! Sorting by SIZE would be so much better. They also don't do a good job of separating women's pants and shirts from men's. I often find women's mixed in with the men's. Other than that, they have great prices, and you never know what you'll find.

I went and bought some jeans. To my surprise the dressing rooms were permanently closed. The jeans didn't fit and went the following day to return them. HEADS UP: They cannot give you any money back, just store credit!! ? WHY? So I can come back and play dress-up again? I'd like to get my money back and have a fitting room ! Basically a total loss lol

I think this location has greatly improved over the last few years. It's cleaner, pricing is more consistent, and the employees do a really good job keeping the store neat and organized and managing the checkout lines well. My only real complaint is that a lot of the furniture they sell is VERY dirty and stained, or flat out broken.

Very helpful staff. They have so much stuff. It’s a wonderful scavenger hunt every time I go in.

Great place to buy clothes when you can't afford to pay full price for new clothing from a Department Store. I am so grateful for the people that donate their gently worn clothes to the Goodwill !!! We are forever in your debt and truly thankful for the reduced prices for our clothing ?!!!!

Whoever the girl manager with the red hair is, she needs to learn how to control her emotions. Yelling at staff for having a panic attack is unacceptable. Do better

I shop almost exclusively thrift shops. I like this Goodwill but it's not my favorite Goodwill in NEA. It is good for work jeans but going through the clothes can be tedious but there are good buys to be found.

Edit at bottom.Used to be you could find good deals but that's changed. They have raised the prices and greed has taken over considering all of this stuff was donated. Sad.Edit:I'm fully aware that the money earned here is going to a good cause however the store is not clean, dvds which you have raised the price on half the time are too scratched to work or are missing completely, many of the staff are rude and unfriendly. All of these things could be resolved by making the employees do their job correctly. I would surmise that is the start to helping people and doing good.If you are going to charge higher prices then take pride in your store, I've visited many Goodwill stores and they are generally in good order and clean. All that being said don't respond to my honest review about your store trying to sugar coat the issues you have by telling me all the good your doing.Thanks.

Want to start by saying all the staff that works the floor and works the registers are really nice and very helpful ! Now the people in the back pricing items need to know what they are pricing just because a shoe is a pair of Nikes doesn’t mean they’re worth selling for 24.99 especially when they’re in bad condition , they need to be trained on how to price items , I’d understand if it’s like new condition maybe price shoes up a little but the prices are getting ridiculous I mean it’s a donation that goodwill gets for free price on condition not because it’s Nike or Jordan’s or whatever other brands that are popular !
