Lots of stuff for outdoors, biking, clothing, water bottles, some shoes. I asked about wide Hoka shoes and the lady kept referring to the store (as in ALL the stores) not carrying wide shoes, but online it stated that store had them. I left and went to the other store in the old "Sears" building on hwy 18. The guy there was much more helpful. I ended up buying a pair there. They also didn't have the color I was hoping for.

Gearhead had my bike for 5 weeks to put on a new big ring. They where rude on the phone they kept interrupting me and would not let me talk. Picked up today because they hadn't worked on it, but they gave it back without the old ring and they said "we threw it away".

Bought some shoes here recently and staff really knew the products and explained everything very well, took my Hoko shoes back with a concern and they looked at them and explained the issues. They were pleasant and not condescending to a novice shoe guy, I found it refreshing!

This store has become my go-to store for outdoor apparel & gear! Staff so helpful and friendly! I won't be spending my time or money at any competitor. If Gearhead doesn't have it, they'll get it for you! The Uptown store is nice, also.

Great store! Gearhead outfitters for all your higher-end outdoor apparel and sometimes even an outdoor themed surprise you didn't even know existed. (Electric Surfboard/Kayak) it was in the store the last time I was there LOL! ✌️

They are a wonderful bicycle shop located downtown Jonesboro Arkansas. Great customer service and fast service when helping out a customer. I'm just going to rate there hard and fast service.
