There's a lot of work that Focus needs to do with training the staff doing in home checks to make sure staff is doing the job their supposed to be doing. Focus needs major improvement with their employees

Focus Waiver Program assists individuals with developmental disabilities who cannot live independently by providing direct care for the consumer to meet their annual goals and objectives. Focus Adult Development Day Treatment (ADDT) Programs assists adults with disabilities to grow and learn. Participants are encouraged to try new activities, to make new friends and to broaden their horizons.
