FedEx was supposed to deliver my package for work on Monday, then on Tuesday I received a text that the driver could not deliver because the gate was closed! I was home! He never honked the horn once! I tried to talk to customer service, he was rude and repeated the dialogue they use for every call. No local number no local email. I wanted to go to the distribution center to pick up the package but they said it had to be home delivered.
UPS ALWAYS HONKS!!! I keep the gate closed because I don't want my puppy to run out and get hit.

Incompetent, lazy, can't follow simple directions so my package wasn't delivered. I was a truck driver for 15 years. If I did my companies clients like this I'd have lost my job. Driver could have called when in my area but NO!that would have made too much sense.

Driver left package in yard. Too large for me to move. Got rained on. Customer Service is sad. Not at all helpful.

Absolutely rude! Asked if it was possible for packages to be picked up because our shipment was repeatedly delayed even though it was in Jonesboro because apparently they didn’t have room to deliver them so apparently without telling me it would be switched to pick up and not delivery my item was switched to pick up so I had to call again and switch it back to delivery and then get hung up on. I guess this is normal for this particular FedEx, I am new to the area and did not know. I am used to being given all my options and honestly rarely use fedex. I wish I could choose who delivers my packages but unfortunately don’t get the option when I order online. Update: just got one of my delayed packages and it came broken. I wish a was shocked….

Misdelivered my pkg. Was supposed to call me- never did. Never followed up or apologized, or did anything to get my pkg to me. I guess they assumed I eventually tracked it down. This was a heavy pkg. They should have went and got it and actually completed the delivery, but they didn't. I would rate with a zero if it was an option.

Beware if you run a business and rely on parts being shipped to you, choose any other shipping co. Besides FedEx, the worst to rely on. Never have they made a delivery on time never!!! Days late. -2 star's SORRY SERVICE!!!!!

I ordered a trampoline for my granddaughter for ChristmasI ordered it on November 23rd. It arrived at the FedEx location in jonesboro November 29th. From November 29th to December 11th my tracking information has said At FedEx destination. On FedEx vechic for delivery. As of Dec 11th it hasn't moved any . It says it is on the vehicle for delivery. I have talked to several people about this and still haven't received my item. I had 2 items that was done like this. I did finally receive 1 of them.

We are expecting test materials to arrive at our school. As most schools do, we close a little after 3 pm. Well, a FedEx truck has come to our school after 4 pm both today and yesterday. And guess what?! They can't delivery since no one is there.

The FedEx driver drove down my dead end driveway twice in a week, turned around, and didn't stop to leave my package. Each time I got a nondeliverable status on my tracking update. I made a redelivery request. Two days later tracking said that it was being sent back to sender. Customer service said I could pick up. Drove all the way just to find out it was still at their facility but they couldn't give it to me due to the return to sender status. The local facility was not sympathetic or helpful in any way.

Drivers are saying they came to by home to deliver. Nobody came by and no tag left. Horrible customer experience

Tired of coming to my Shop at 10:45-11 am to find a note from FedEx when the Drivers are too lazy to look at the front door and see that my Business opens at Noon! Then they expect me to try and track my own package , which is not my job and I do not have the time or patience to do their job for them so here's for the over 150 times in the last 12 years for a delivery person leaving me a sticker when they should know to stop back by my shop during Business hours!!!! Just Sick of it!!!
