Never open. They closed early Wednesday due to weather. There was no bad weather. They closed all day Thursday due to bad weather. We had zero weather at all. Still closed on Friday due to bad weather. Still no weather. Avoid this place. Use UPS or the post office.

I will never use fedex again. It's taken them 5 days to get my package 500 miles and it is still delayed in Memphis, Tn.I was supposed to receive it Wednesday and now they are saying Saturday.From now on when i need something i will go through UPS

My visit was great! The team greeted me right away and let me know they were available if I needed any help. Destiny was so kind and attentive to me. She made my day just with her friendly smile. The other team members were great too! Their names are Heath and Amanda. I come to this location often and I have never had a bad experience. This team is great and so is the location. Thanks

Heath is the absolute greatest! He greets me with a smile and a hello as soon as I open the door! He is extremely efficient , professional , funny, friendly , and even when he's very busy, he smiles at everyone around him!

Destiny went above and beyond to help me. She was extremely knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and ensured my needs were met- that my package would arrive safely and in the most economical way. It was a wonderful experience with the store, so I will be using this FedEx location for more shipping and printing needs.

Have been using this location for over a year and there is always one evening employee that is rude and acts like you are an inconvenience because she has to work. Literally got irritated because the preprinted label provided by FedEx was hard for her to read. Finally just took the package and label to another store..which was what she wanted anyway. One employee's attitude makes an otherwise nice store look terribly bad. And the other store had no issue with the label. Amazing.

Nice little office shop with FedEx services on site. You can purchase copies, use PC services, get other services like lamination done and most other things you would expect to find in a office shop like this one. They have FedEx services on site that can be purchased and you can drop pre-labeled FedEx packages off here too. There are some snacks and drinks that can be bought here as well. Never really had an issue, it's a good little store.

The manager is extremely rude at this location!! Have used them multiple times to print and copy things and they always act like it is inconvenient for them when you come in. Today I went to print photos at the self service kiosk and it wasn’t working. After it was rebooted it still would not work. Asked if I could just email them to them and them print them in the back she said no. I asked why not and she said because there is orders in front of you that has to be printed first (NOTHING was being printed and she had her purse in her shoulder leaving for lunch) and so we will do yours tomorrow. I explained I needed them today and she said well if you will buy a jump drive, email them to us we will put them on the jump drive and print them now?!?!?! Um that makes no sense at all!!! So I left and went to Office Depot they printed them out immediately from emails and I am now on my way!!! Don’t plan to use FedEx Office anytime again the future!!

I had a package out for delivery over a week, no more notifications or updates. I open a case. I contact the shipper. FOR OVER A WEEK I called every single day to their answering service. No one would connect me to a local station, no one would give me any details. Just "Out for Delivery" since last Friday. Then finally, after I start tweeting, messaging, and continue calling... the case is resolved. My package was "Lost/stolen" and I should contact Walmart to proceed. I had someone stay home to ensure this package was signed for. I was told by the shipper it would definitely arrive. It was just frustrating and not a single person I spoke to actually seemed to care about the fact that my package was lost. I guess this happens a lot.I will include, I don't know WHERE in the chain this package was lost, or who's neglect resulted in it being out for delivery twice, but somehow never making it to my house, but this was the only place to leave a review. Fedex in general doesn't have a google listing.
