Made a reservation, when I got there, the lady put the wrong day and they didn’t have anything but to call back at 4. I call back at 4 and they say we have one but you need to get there quick before they close, I fly up there to find out they didn’t have anything again and the lady lied. I call back to escalations and they said the branch is bad about not closing out the tickets to show current inventory

I was given a vehicle which was neither washed or vacuumed from inside. I was in a rush and had to leave immediately due to time constraints, so could not wait for them to clean it. However, Employees were friendly and the vehicle was fairly new, so driving was pleasant. Only issue i had was getting a dirty vehicle.

This is an excellent Enterprise location, and Kelsey in particular was very helpful! After talking with several other Enterprise employees at other locations, Kelsey was the first to listen carefully to my situation and offer solutions. While helping me sort out the logistics of my car rental, she was also very friendly! She even offered to give me a short shuttle ride to my final destination (which ended up not being necessary). Overall, A+ job by Kelsey!

Be aware before you make reservation, I am deeply dissatisfied with the recent cancellation of my reservation by Enterprise in Jonesboro,AR . The abrupt decision to cancel not only inconvenienced me but also showcased a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. The cancellation has left me with a negative impression of your company's reliability and service quality. I expected better communication and adherence to reservations, and this experience has undoubtedly fallen short of my expectations. Also, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent reservation experience at your Jonesboro store. After diligently making a reservation, I was informed that all cars were sold out, leaving me without the service I had anticipated. This unexpected turn of events not only disrupted my plans but also reflects poorly on the reservation system and communication practices of your store. As a customer, I expected a more seamless process and clear communication regarding the availability of the reserved item.

They were very rude to my wife in Returning the vehicle. The guy needs a rudness check for sure. I will not be using the Jonesboro office again.

GREAT experience getting a last minute 1 way rental due to a plane cancellation from Jonesboro, AR to St. Louis, MO! If I can help it, I'll NEVER rent from any other company than the Enterprise / Alamo / National families!

I would not recommend anyone to come and do buisness with this enterprise as they are absolutely unprofessional and with overcharge you.During the booking, the lady on the phone did not inform me that there is a double points promo currently going on that I could have registered for. Later that day, I saw an email for it.. The lady on the phone also did not offer for me to be able to use my saved points on this trip. Even after i asked for them to use my points for this trip, they refused to listen to me.When we picked up the rental van, the whole situation felt very rushed. The young man who was helping us didn't even bother to check the mileage or how much gas was in the tank. He begun to walk inside without even doing a walk around to check for dents before I spoke up and asked if he could wait a moment and walk around the van with me as I do not want to be liable for anything that I did not do.Every time my husband and I have used Enterprise, it was only a $300 deposit. If we used a debit card, there was no deposit for creditThis location stated they charge $300 for a deposit regardless of what payment option you choose to use. when I called to make a reservation for three days Thursday-Saturday, apperently the lady on the phone only booked it for one day, Thursday to Friday. After speaking with her over the phone. Once we received our initial emailed invoice, it showed that we were going to pay $100.69 daily rate and $33.56 hourly rate. Charged me $464.18 for a day. At this point, we called the location, and a manager picked up the phone, and we told him that the reservation was supposed to be for 3 days, not 1 day. Then the manager on the phone told us that he would comp a day of this trip due to the inconvenience. The manager stated to bring the rental van in on Saturday by 12 p.m., and he would be there to take care of us. However, we got there to drop off the rental, and the manager was not on site. Then, when we dropped off the rental van and the associates proceeded to tell us that they would just take the extra days out of our deposit. Which was not what we discussed prior to returning. Even if there was an issue with the stated comp day, we had more than enough days' worth of points to cover any issues, although they refused to use my points. They even asked my husband and me to give them a good rating and on the emailed survey to give 5 star satisfaction. When they did not give 5 star service. They told us they need 5 star reviews to be able to get more cars in.I noticed that the van had iowa license plates. The trip i went was to iowa. I offered to take the rental on a one-way if they were to waive the one-way fee. Many times, in the past, other locations have waived the fee in order to send a vehicle back to the state in which it belongs. Instead, they told us that they only just received a van, and its the holidays, and they will need it.My husband is also a disabled veteran at other locations we have been offered a discount, but not at this location. My husband and I have used Enterprise many times over the years, but this experience with this particular location has been the absolute worst. We then called Enterprise corporate customer support and made a complaint about this location and how they did buisness with us. We were then told we would receive a call from the locations manager on the following monday. However, we did not receive any phone calls. If i could rate a zero, i absolutely would.

I honestly hate to leave a bad review. Sometimes it’s just necessary to fair warn those who are in search of services from those who you’ve may encountered a bad experience. Let me share my experience & you can make your own judgement if wish to do business.Unfortunately my vehicle was going in the shop for mechanical work. As with many of us we’ve got to find transportation during the time our vehicle is out of commission. Unless you’re lucky enough to have 2 vehicles or someone willing to loan you one. If not, what is your option? You’ve got to most likely rent one. That was my unfortunate option.Day before my vehicle was to go into the shop I did as some of us would do. I called around for pricing. Enterprise was the lucky dog. Until the next day. I called to confirm my reservation. Was I ever glad I did!Upon calling a rep I spoke with informed me I needed a 300$ deposit along with a current utility bill that showed no delinquencies. Really? When making the reservation the day before none of this information was revealed. However, a deposit I totally understand & did not have a problem with. The problem I did have is thay it was NOT revealed in the CONVERSATION during making the reservation. The rep ask if I’d read the “fine print” of my reservation. I informed yes, I did. It read a deposit of 300$ required for Luxury Cars, Electric Cars, Sport Cars, Exotic Cars, Pickups & those of this nature. My reservation wasn’t ANYTHING near this. I requested VERY ECONOMY! So upon questioning “this fine print” the rep’s remark was “we have a 300$ on all vehicles”! So i was left with no answer regarding the deposit being omitted from the conversation or why was it expected of me to pay when the vehicle I reserved wasn’t in the category required of a deposit.A current utility bill was needed because my address wasn’t pulling up on some sort of survey locator. My area of Jonesboro has been here since Jonesboro has been here! Since “their locator” couldn’t locate my residence a utility bill was needed for verification. Here again that’s totally understandable. What’s unfortunate is I don’t have a utility bill. My utilities are included in my rent, where I’ve resided for 10 years. Anything else with my address I could supply, lease, bank statements, tax returns, County Tax records, Vehicle Registration, etc. Unfortunately the rep wish not to communicate with me for he just kept repeating himself… utility bill… utility bill. That’s cool. They have their regulations. Just no need in interrupting or being rude. Here’s my outlook. Enterprise could sufficiently train employees to be upfront when reservations are made to avoid these dilemmas. If additional information is needed make contact so the potential customer will be prepared & not frustrated. It’s not as if you don’t have contact information. If steps would be taken to be more accurate less negative Goggle comments would appear.Let me finish on a bright note. I got my rental at an even rate than what I was going to get at Enterprise with absolutely NO HASSLE! Go to U-SAVE on Stadium. Yes I called for a quote from them as I did Enterprise. BUT… after getting there my rate was actually 80$ less AND mainly there was nothing HIDDEN!Sorry for the lengthy review but I didn’t wish to leave out details that needed to be known. It’s your choice!
