Called and try to book an appointment and was told they don’t wash/clean vehicles. Although they have pictures all over their website and the Google reviews that show them doing interiors of vehicles, including seats, and dashboards. Weird what a waste of time.

I was sent to this establishment to have my windshield replaced.We live a couple hours away but my husband works in Jonesboro so he was able to take it and drop it off while he worked.The guy who took his payment at the end was rude and apparently in a hurry and couldn’t get our information correct so the card kept declining. He had to call to our bank who said there would be no problem processing the payment. Still the guy couldn’t get it to work.When he got it back home we noticed there was glass left all over the dash, the floorboard and in the seat. There is also fairly deep scratches at the very top of my dash.There’s a section of glass that isn’t covered by the seal so when it rains it’s going to leak.And there’s a large drop of either black paint or glue that’s now on the side of my car that wasn’t there yesterday morning.This is a 2020 vehicle that was in great condition. I had a baseball hit it, and at this point feel I was better off driving around with a shattered windshield. At least it wasn’t leaking. And there wasn’t as much glass inside.Incredibly disappointed. I would not recommend this place at all.

This is Beautiful I loved what they did to my truck... they always treat me with respect and very Courteous my truck has leather all inside they did Leather Conditioning to it it was incredible, they also are fast but very Meticulous about there work ! *But only thing I have a problem with and its my Fault is they don't Wax the top portion of the cab of my Truck I really didn't notice until a friend pointed it out to me I had video taped the work he pointed it out ! But my Truck looks like Glass and as I said they were very fast ! The paint Job on my Truck is Is Platinum Black !

I can’t thank Alan at Elemental Detailing enough for what he did! He was more than patient while I asked several questions and seemed genuinely concerned the whole time about how I wanted my truck. He did a fantastic job with my truck and kept me updated through the whole process. I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I are the owners of a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport. We wanted to restore the paint condition of this 7 yr old car to "like-new" condition, and that's exactly what Alan did. (Perhaps brought it to a condition SUPERIOR to assembly line condition!!) The one thing we must say about Elemental Detail is that Alan and his family are VERY service oriented. He was totally accommodating regarding our schedule. He delivered on all of his promises, and we would recommend his services to anyone who wants to renew their car's appearance. No regrets in putting our corvette in his capable hands!!

Alan at Elemental Detailing did an incredible job on my new Mazda6! He installed a paint protection film on the front end and hood of my car. The paint is now swirl-free after the correction he did and the film fit perfectly. I will definitely be returning for a ceramic coating in the future!
