Not pleased.. my brother got a Hoyer lift from delta… brand new.. first day bearings came out of it… they promptly came to replace it. A bit later, the hydraulic top part wouldn’t stay up. They promptly came and replaced the top part. After a few weeks of letting it slide, the hydraulic top part wouldn’t stay up but this time my brother was in the sling on the lift! Not acceptable! They promptly came out again.. but told me next time they came out over it I would have to pay for it. !!! Hense, not pleased!!! It’s worse now but I will not pay them to come out and work on their equipment

People there are untrustworthy and lie, I applied for a job there and got flat out lied to by the interviewer.

All the staff are very rude especially the ladies they will pretend to listen then over talk you

I want to say Zach came to my home today he was a very polite gentleman come in and show me how to work everything couldn't ask for a nicer person so yes Zach is the man I don't believe you will find a man as nice as that he was very understanding and if you didn't know something all you had to do was ask him and he was always there to tell you what was wrong so if I have to have anyone else come to my home I would rather for Zack to come out thank u Zach for showing me what I needed to know he is from the Jonesboro store thanks guys y'all rock ZACH ROCKS

I came to town due to a family emergency and accidentally forgot part of my CPAP headgear at home. I went in to purchase one and the staff were so quick and kind. Never been here before this, but if I ever need anything else in the future...they have my business!

They are by far the BEST Medical Supply Comp in our entire state! Ryan is very understanding to ole hard women as Mr.Tim is the best, Tim cares about you and treats you like family!! I was having a temper tantrum an as I said Ryan and Tim got me taken care of, KEEP UP GREAT WORK and GOD BLESS ALL of YOU!!
