Pick up my prescription Friday at 3pm their was a cockroach running the drive thou I tell him my information had tell the cockroach again then cockroach still couldn’t hear so I said it louder then the cockroach finally heard it and cockroach went get my prescription cockroach slam it down on the window cockroach had a very bad attitude towards me I wanted call him something else instead a cockroach I didn’t

CVS Southwest Drive Jonesboro, AR has some very good people at this location. However, the manage ment is sub-par. If you have a serious illness it is not the place to go for medications.

Love CVS pharmacy they are great and have the best people there on Southwest Dr. One of my preferred pharmacies is to get any other things that you might need from beauty products, some kid toys, etc. Definitely recommend and wonderful staff there. They are so sweet and helpful whether you're inside the store or if in the drive-thru.

The pharmacy staff is amazing! Hate I had to switch to Walgreens when I relocated due to their pharmacy not being 24 hrs. They should take that sign down anyway because the entire store is usually closed by 10pm.

This place is convenient. You can save a lot of money if you sign up for their card, which is free.

Pharmacy closes at 8, store closes at 10. The sign literally says 24 hours. What is the point of this place when they have the same hours as all the other pharmacies that aren't 24 hour like Walgreens. They should remove their big red 24 hour sign if they aren't

The district manager is a horrible person to work for. They expect way to much out of their employees which is why they can't keep anyone on staff and never have the 24 hour store open like it is suppose to be! I needed allergy medicine this morning before work. The store was suppose to open at 7, but only one person is here and she said she isn't suppose to open the store alone. Corporate needs to fix this!

I love the fact that everyone there is nice. Especially Mrs. Pam. She's not only is she good at customer service she actually cares about you and your well being and does her best to get you the help you need weather it's from the insurance people or doctors. That goes a long way in my book. So thanks pam you Rock

They don't always have the meds to fill your prescriptions at the end of the month. Make sure to fill the first of the month. And make sure you count your meds before you leave. They shorted me ten of my meds. The did make it right though.
