Absolutely do not buy a bathing suit from them online. The 2 I ordered were terrible and there is no way to return them due to their policy. I am 5’5 and these bathing suits were made for someone 5’0 if that. The torso of both of these were maybe 3 inches. I was floored they would even sell something like that. Absolutely bummed I can’t return and won’t be buying anything from them again because of this experience and their un willingness to help.

I have ordered from this boutique several times. My order came in and two shirts that were supposed to be 5x were 1 x. I ordered them for Thanksgiving as they seasonal tunics.I also ordered a pair of jeans which were in stock when I ordered and then I get an email 2 weeks later they were not.They said they would give me store credit. They didn't and the jeans were 65 dollars. They will not accept returns so I am out the cost of both 60 dollar tunics and a pair of leggings that my sz 1 daughter couldn't fit in. They advertised them as plus size. Plus the 65.00 jeans. I will never order from them again and I am contact the BBB.Do not order from this business. You will be stuck with ill fitting clothing . Why can they just credit your card back? Warning: Do not order from this business!

I really like curvy boutique I’ve bought quite a few things from here and I know they do not do refunds but today I placed an order before I got home to open the other items I ordered only to realize I ordered the same item I just got in the mail I called the number and told them what happened and the lady said I had to get a store credit … now I understand if it was already ready shipped or it had left the warehouse but my order is still processing and they still wouldn’t just cancel it I prob will not order from them again they keep jacking up prices for not so great quality clothes and then aren’t willing to work with you …. Really bad way to run a business ….. there are plenty of online clothing shops that will at least give you a one time courtesy return but not curvy so buyer beware you aren’t allowed to make a mistake or you’re stuck with a store credit that you can not use , again no way to run a business

1/5 stars is too generous.Customer service ethic needs improvement. If you need proof that this company doesn’t care about their customers, just read the fine print of their complicated “return” policy. That should be all the evidence you need.The one thing that I did appreciate about the order was the Gospel tract inside the shipping bag. However, it is not very nice that this company is giving people hell while attaching the face of Jesus to it. Doesn’t quite bear good witness.My desire is for this company to that it will grow and flourish in the direction of more ethical business practices. Until then, please proceed with caution before ordering from this company. I bought these during a time in my life when I was on a tight budget, when I needed professional clothing for work. I’m sure I’m not the only shopper who is in this situation.

We stopped in while we were in town for a conference, the employee was extremely helpful and so nice. I didn’t get her name but we were in there Thursday June 8th around 230pm. Will be back!

I really liked this store until I purchased items and needed to return 2 items. If not returned within 30 days of order date, they won't accept items without charging a 25% restocking fee and that's if you are within 45 days, then they won't accept returns at all. So basically as soon as you get them very quickly return them if need to be return and you also have to make sure you ship them back quickly or again you cannot return them easily. Also if they take awhile to ship, that counts against your return window. Store doesn't accept online order returns either even though they are the same company. I guess I really didn't think a local company would actually have poor customer service, now I know better. Only buy in store to make sure you get right fit. Truly disappointed with this experience so much so that I will no longer be buying at curvy online or in-store.

I made one purchase on Tiktok - it was just ok, but good enough that I wanted to try again. Went back to to see what else I could try and every single item being shown was sold out before the link was posted. The answer I received said to join FB, and sorry... I left FB years ago, I'm not going to rejoin. When I pointed that out, I was blocked by the host. Not sure it makes sense to block paying customers with disposable income, but I guess they don't want paying customers. Really bad way to treat customers.
