No only does she have the friendly personality that sets you in for the comfort zone, but she literally took time out of her way to help m get my new phones, bundle plans, literally she put my phone together including the case & screen protector && also she transferred all myy needs while she was busy! Cricket on Southwest Dr. is a good place to go. I've only had to wait in line one time in all the times I've been in the store. Nelly & Emma are the two ladies to see for whatever you need for your current phone or purchasing a new phone. They will explain everything
