Very horrible on pedicure, they rushed the whole process. Had me wait 30 minutes in cold water, when they could’ve just told me to come back. It was 5/6 workers communicating about guest, when they could’ve helped out. Very rude & unprofessional. Seats was also dirty/wet from previous customer’s. Hate my pedicure so much

John always provides excellent conversation while providing nail services! So if you want someone that will engage with you then he’s a great choice! He is also on point for both pedicures and manicures! When it comes to nail art, Han and Anna are both excellent! They often have specials and discounts, provide a heated neck wrap, and have the latest, trendy color options!
Requested style: Filled my nail set with lime green and hot pink colors and standard pedicure with the same colors!

I usually go to them when I'm in arkansas for school. they always did well with shaping and application. about a week ago I went to get my nails dome for my baby shower and wasn't exactly happy with the nails but could deal. looking more into it, the application or the acrylic ended up going on my skin and over my cuticles. very uneven too. and the shaping on some of the nails are very slanted. I always have had amazing experiences. I'm not sure if it was just a bad day but I'm definitely disappointed.

I gave 5 point at first until I checked out. We are and were the only people of color.
They all ganged up at the door during pay as if they thought I couldn't afford it. How disrespectful is that. The owner woman kept asking me if I sent her the money as if I was lying. As we were also waiting for my daughter to get her nails done. My sons had to use the restroom and we were rushed to leave and asked if I wanted to pay again. Now you have lost a well paying customer.
Learn customer service. My family & I will never be back
