Best gym I’ve ever trained at. Casey is an amazing coach with a deep knowledge of jiu jitsu and the drive to keep continually learning how to improve his students.The people here are extraordinarily nice, and very well trained. Easy to tell by Casey’s students that he is a great coach.

This is the best gym! The people are great! The coaches absolutely knows their stuff. I believe it beats any Jui jitsu gyms in Jonesboro and Paragould. I love how they even teach kids and being able to defend themselves. It gives them so much confidence!
