We called for cost of new CVT transmission from this dealership. The parts department quoted us over $4000 for the transmission and the parts we needed. We called the Nissan dealership in Murfreesboro Tennessee and we got all the parts for $2800 total. I believe this dealership, because we are out of town is price gouging us. We are a used car dealer and we had a customer drive to Arkansas and their vehicle’s transmission went down so we were having it fixed there by a local transmission shop. Unfortunately this dealership tried taking advantage of us because we were not local so we had to buy the transmission in our hometown and have someone deliver to Arkansas. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone If that is how they treat people.

I always have the best experience at Central Nissan. They are always helpful, fast, and always check on me during the process and after which I love. I didn’t even buy my car there, I just prefer their excellent service.

I needed a vehicle tremendously due to recently losing mine in an accident. I knew exactly what I needed and my representative was able to help me get exactly what I was requiring. The process was very easy, fast, and efficient. I was also able to receive payments in the amount I was needing them to be set at. I am very thankful for the staff that represented me as they were all helpful, kind, understanding, and assistive in the purchase of my new vehicle!

Very competent mechanics. They were able to pinpoint the cause of a flopping, rattle in the front of the care and saved me $$$$$. Very professional. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Was very pleased about the service on my vehicle tech checked everything out but couldn't find what the problem was but my vehicle started acting up again before I left town to go home I took it back to shop and they were able to find the problem had to leave it for a few days because had to wait on part they got it in and fixed faster than I thought it would be. Very friendly and good service.
