“I initially bought into the $16 /mo subscription for one auto and ended up liking the service and got a second subscription for my other auto. The assistants at the S.W. Drive location in Jonesboro, AR have always been polite and helpful. It's nice to have a clean car and easier with the Take 5 Care Wash.”

“Always busy but you never have to wait long for the trip through the tunnel. Vacuums were great too. Just s small bit of advice, give a bit more space in-between cars through the tunnel.”

“Someone hit my car, so I wanted to see if the automatic car wash would take some of their paint off. The owner or manager told me to pull over to the self wash and he got it off for me. The other reviews about how nice he is are true. Very friendly and seems to enjoy the business and helping people. He had to walk off for a second so I washed more on my car. When he got back I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. I don’t really see that too much with businesses around here. Not saying there aren’t others that don’t, but it stuck out and was impressive. I gave him my free car wash to give to someone else. I’ll definitely be back. Also, I usually use automatics or wash my car at home by hand, but I really liked there pressure washer with all the dials. It got my car clean without having to scrub.”

On occasion, i detail my own car when i have the time but you can not beat the expertise and quality of work and service that they will give you. Rodney gives you several options, informs you well about cleaning your vehicle and doesn't try to upsell you on useless extras. If you are not satisfied with anything, no matter how small, you can have the confidence to mention it to them and he will make sure you are happy before you leave. Even if you notice a smear or a smudge after you take it home, they guarantee their work and will work it out with you to make sure you are happy. Y'all, Rodney's Detail does not disappoint. I'm glad to support this local, small business.*My review is showing up as four stars but I clicked 5 stars.*I've used Rodney's Detail for a few years now and have never reviewed, so here it goes. I used them off and on but in 2015 I bought a brand new car, not "new to me", I mean, "0 miles brand new". So I wanted to take care of it better than I had my other cars. I took it to Elephant Car wash and had a bad experience. The first time they hand dried it with an oily towel and smeared oil all over. The second time they waxed it and buffed it but left a lot of the white residue all over. To top it off, the manager admitted to me when I picked it up, that he spent 30 min trying to put it in reverse. He was trying to reverse in 6 gear. No telling what kind of damage he did to the clutch, what a moron. He could've just called me and asked me or even done a web search on how to put a Subaru manual transmission in reverse. Anyways, that's when i decided I would find a smaller business, where they have to do a good job bc it's their livelihood. I absolutely love Rodney's, I know who's washing my car everytime. It's not some inexperienced teenager who can't even wipe his butt clean let alone clean a car right. Since it's a family-owned business, there's no turnover. No hiring and firing and getting a greenhorn everytime you bring your car in. Rodney's detail cares about their work bc it's their name on the line. The only thing that would make them even better is if they had a little waiting area. I don't always have the luxury of getting dropped off, so I can't go as often as I would like due to that. I'd take my car every week or two, if I could wait in a room.”

“Hidden Gem. Never had a better clean for my car. May not be one of the flashiest washes around, but the full detail package with the added free Nitro Wash made my kid zone of a car feel like new again. They got stains out that i believed would last till the end of my poor cars existence. And it looks brand new from the outside! Love the tire shine!!!”
