Ronnie Kirkpatrick and I got a vehicle from Car Today on June 28,2024 and it was the second vehicle we have gotten from Car Today in Jonesboro,AR. The salesman Chuck reached out via text to us and ask to come see him and let's work together to see about upgrading our vehicle. The people at Car Today shows us respect and treated us as family. They made sure we were comfortable as we waited for the paperwork to finish up and walked us through every step of the purchase. We traded a 2015 Chevy Equinox that we bought there 3yrs prior for a 2020 GMC Terrain. So we recommend everyone that is looking or not looking to go to Car Today and they will take care of your needs and put you in a vehicle you will love.

Horrible customer service and predatory practices. I personally have not dealt with them but have witnessed the unpleasant and unprofessional business practices. Try calling they don't even greet the calls with identification of who you are speaking to. If you need a vehicle please do your homework, go somewhere else, if you don't have credit or you need a co-signer go to a bank, a financial institution, etc.

I don't have a vehicle with them but I took my friend to get a car here and her salesman Shane was phenomenal. He made sure she was comfortable, made sure she got what she wanted, and made sure she understood everything in her paperwork as well as show her the features in her new truck. She said everyone in the dealership was very professional, warm, and embracing. She said she felt like they were treating her like family versus just a sell. Great Job Car Today⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
