I definitely recommend going to see Amy Adams if you are in the market to purchase a new car. She was hands down the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. She went above and beyond. She didn’t mind having to stay 30 minutes past closing time. She was very professional and listen to us and our concerns. Definitely recommend her and carmart

I'm still so sad and heartbroken that after almost a decade of business with them they took my Toyota because I fell on hard times and my payoff was a 1,000 dollars. So almost 4 years went down the drain. ?? I still think about it. It was my favorite car. They didn't even try to help a loyal customer! Haven't been back since. I just know they sold it for the same price if not higher than what I paid so ONE car and they get paid TWICE!

Don’t buy a car from this place the minute I drove it off the lot. It started to have problems. They charge me a lot of money extra for a service plan that they won’t honor fix the window that never worked before it a lot even though I told him I picked up a nail in their parking lot. They refused to help me fix my tire, they made me drive to place on the rim when I told him that the reviews online about all the negative stuff that they did is true they told me it was due to the lack of the clientele that they service to. They said they serviced to the lowest lack of clientele in Jonesboro about customers and this is from the assistant manager. And I just bought a car there because I I travel with my job down dirt roads and put lots of miles and I don’t want to use my brand new car to do that so that’s why I got a car there Not because I’m the lowest class of clientele.

I have always had great customer service and they always have been very helpful and respectful if and when I needed any assistance with any issues I have had with any automobile I have purchased with them even if it was something as simple as a headlight ?!!!!!

I had a wonderful time with Amy and Andrew they were incredibly patient and they allowed me to take my time to figure out what the hell I'm doing and we're very helpful through the whole process and really helped me out in a pinch!
