I will say this getting a car was easy but after getting my vehicle it had a lot of problems motor went out they fixed it Alternator went out I fixed in our my pockets and still made a car note my car note was $585 for a 2013 Dodge journey thr initial price of my vehicle was $11,999 I had my truck almost a whole year August 30th would made the year mark but anywho today my balance on my truck is $10,199 yes so you mean to tell me with the gap insurance fee and payments that I've only paid $1,800 on my truck when I deliberately added up all my payments I've made which was well over $6,000 and i thought I was crazy for a moment but my friend did the math and had the same outcome! I wouldn't recommend getting a car from them every other Someone different is calling about a payment as well they suck

Let me start buy saying, my understanding is Car Choice and Auto Max are one in the same when buying a car. My daughter-n-law and I went to test drive a SUV that was at Auto Max in Jonesboro and I went back to Tn. to carry them a cashiers check to buy the SUV. Chad was told the tire light came on and to please check this out. Left and was coming back with the cashier check to pay. Eric Pruitt is who we communicated with about the vehicle the whole time and he was told to have the SUV cleaned up. My daughter-n-law headed back to Jonesboro to buy the vehicle with a cashier check and gets there and the vehicle wasn't clean and she handed the cashier check to them and instead of handing the title to her, it has taken a month to get the title. Leaving with the SUV 20 minutes into the ride home she was stranded on the interstate because of a flat tire. So guess with didn't check the tire or clean the vehicle, it just sat there a whole week. I ask to be reimbursed for the tire and I can't get Kelly Copeland to call me back on several attempts. I wonder why!!! I have been told that he is the boss, owner or whatever you want to call someone that doesn't return phone calls. When he reads this maybe he will return the phone call to me he can ask Jennifer in titles, Chad at Auto Max or Eric to get my number. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CAR CHOICE OR AUTO MAX IN JONESBORO AR.

Mrs.Kristie was the best saleswoman I’ve ever had, her communication an her energy was amazing. She took her time to explain everything to me in details to where I’ll u sweat and just in case I had any questions and she took her getting everything together.Mrs.Kristie is amazing an I love her customer service such a friend woman she kept a smile on her face an was just simply amazing.

I would give a zero if I could, Fernando is very rude and a liar, he calls demanding because you are a reference number that you give the person he can't get ahold of a message. Then he tells you he hasn't spoke to that person when he indeed has this particular time was 3 times. He refuses to take a payment over the phone when you have a card on file and says he will call make another time and then he still refuses to take payment...then if he doesn't get his answer he hangs up on you..who in customer service treats their clients like this!! Get a new payment person!!!
