My gosh! When was the last time this store been visited by corporate? The store is completely trashed. Everything is piled on top of each other instead of utilizing the full building. Just a complete disaster and overwhelming.

Terrible customer service. Apparently they had a new policy where even if you have your receipt and return within 30 days of purchase, you had to get your refund back on a gift card. Can’t get your money back. Corporate AND their receipts literally says otherwise. Manager was not helpful at all. I used to love shopping here but will probably never be back because of this.

This was the very first time I had been in this particular store. It looked more like a thrift store, merchandise was everywhere. I went to the restroom and well it did not take me long to turn around and leave. The ladies restroom was nasty!! Now it amazes me that a person could make mess like that in a public restroom, but it was evident that no one checks on the restrooms and keeps them clean. I love going to a thrift store, I have been known to get some good finds, but this is a place I expect to be a little better kept up. Now I will say the staff was friendly and courteous while checking out and they were busy, but they need to clean up the store.

Nothing is in the right spot. Everything is messy. Clothes aren't on the right hangers. The whole store is an overpriced mess.

This place can kiss my butt. I waited in line to be checked out. There were two checkers open. The first checker had finished with a customer, so I walked up and was ready to check out, and she turned around and said "oh I'm sorry sir, this register is closed", and turned around and started talking about drama BS to the other people standing there doing nothing. There were literally five employees doing nothing but chatting. And I mean they were chatting about their personal lives. I told her "I'm terribly sorry ma'am for inconveniencing you since I'm a paying customer, you can go back to your BS time now". I sat it down and walked out. I'll never go back. If this is how businesses are now, they need to close the doors and shut it down. Pathetic. 😡

It's ok, alittle unorganized and dirty. Clothes on the floor and it's hard to find anything. Cosmetics are played with and opened. Parking is good.
