The price for my cap, gown, and tassel was not too bad. The problem I had was every time I tried to make a phone call to them to ask questions they were either not there, when they were supposed to be open, or they just didn't answer the phone. When I finally caught the store open, the lady was very helpful on several different graduation items.

Worst company ever. I don't know why Arkansas Virtual Academy switch to this company should have stayed with Jostens. The receptionist is rude and continue to lie about when we should receive our materials.

I very rarely give bad reviews. But this was truly a horrible experience. I received my $165 Bronze package which was missing the souvenir lanyard, pen and tassel. My package was also missing my son's name cards. I had to go by and pick up the aforementioned souvenirs ( none of which was personalized with his school name ). I then had to wait until April 20th for the name cards to get here (Graduation is May 15th) and had to make a 2nd trip to pick them up. The lines were uneven and they looked like they were cut with scissors. And then when we got ready to seal the envelopes, the glue wouldn't hold and the envelopes had to be taped. Not much for a $165.00. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED.

UPDATE: I called the office this morning and a sweet lady picked up right away. I will be going by tomorrow to get some of the items for them tomorrow and will update more then. I have two young men that are seniors. I had paid for their senior packages online. The company was at their school December 3rd to be handing out supplies. My two sons were out due to a death in the family. I have been contacting the company since yesterday. I HAVE TRIED CALLING SEVEN TIMES JUST TODAY. Nobody is answering I left messages and nobody has contacted me either.

I had to work with this company to get a replacement diploma. It costs nearly $60, takes 6 weeks to arrive and is incomplete on arrival. My diploma was missing the school's seal and all the signatures. So on top of that $60 I had to pay 3X that to travel back to my home town and track down the people who would have signed it that year...so far, I still only have 2 of the 4 signatures on this piece of paper.

I've been waiting since December for my daughter's class ring and Mr. Brown's office manager can't seem to give the answer why or let me talk to him. Her ring is paid in full and she is heart broken because she doesn't understand why she doesn't have her ring.

The staff here were very helpful. we brought our Senior in and they walked us through all of the choices for his ring, and cap and gown, invitations etc. Made this process a little easier for mom and dad.
