Worst customer service experience ever I had. I wanted to request a balance confirmation letter from the fayetteville, MLK bank, and was directed to customer care. I was waiting for almost 45 min but the request was unanswered. Do not recommend this poor bank service.

I have never had a bad experience with Arvest. Opened an account in Fayetteville, AR ten years ago and opened one here in Jonesboro, AR two years ago. Great bank with great people working for them.

Customer service is EXTREMELY POOR. Once you tell them that you're not a customer of theirs, they act like the last thing they want to do is help you. I would NOT recommend this bank just by my first phone call. Customer Service is everything seeing that most things are over the phone/online these days and I did not get a good feel.

They charge more then regions to cash a check and require 2 forms of ID. Greediest bank in town. I have no questions for you. There is no legitimate reason to charge. Only you and Regions do. Hassling me about it won't make it ok.

Went to them for a loan. Unprofessional and exhausting. Don't recommend them for mortgage loans. Especially first time home buyer, like I was.

Worst Bank EVER!!! We have had an account with them since they bought out Bear State Bank. They have held transactions for a week at a time and started charging us a monthly fee for our basic checking account. Terrible customer service as well. Also they hold a $250 check for days before putting into your account and I'm not talking about a personal check I'm talking about a check from another Bank!

Been using this bank for 10 years. Will not be back. Terrible customer service. Can’t cash a check that is theirs without an account and then they charge you!!! Crooks to the max.

Bear State was a great bank. Haven't had any experience with Arvest but they started off bad in my book. When Heritage Bank was bought by Bear State they did all of the changeovers for drafts, direct deposits and account numbers. Then Arvest bought Bear State and Arvest has dropped everything in the customers laps. I pity the elderly who don't know how to do all of this. I will give them a chance but I was tempted to just change banks. You should have thought about talking with customers before you shoved this down our throats. This change isn't good compared to what Heritage and Bear State was. I had a interest bearing account and here you want to charge me $6 a month. I'm putting more of my money with another bank instead of in checking with Arvest.
