Terrible customer service. Service forged my name at least 4x on service invoices so they could close them before the end of the month. Plus misdiagnosed the repairs which voided the warranty. They misspelled my name on the forgeries which are felonies. Hopefully the JPD will do what they are supposed to do. It took them 16 weeks to get the Jeep out of the shop and still not fixed properly.

Me and my husband tried many places to get approved for a vehicle and was turned down, Mark was able to not only get us approved but get us in a vehicle I have always wanted. Everyone at the dealership was really nice. I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a car here a month ago spending over 40k dollars on a car that was "stock" besides a small exhaust system. A month into having this car with less than 10,000 miles it's misfiring and going into limp mode. I was told it had factory warranty as well as I purchased an extended warranty. Only to be told when I go to get worked on that the warranties are all invalid and voided because of work done to it! You kidding me? I basically just bought a 40 thousand dollar brick on the word of this dealership. To have it fixed is going to cost anywhere from 3-8 grand can't be worked on by anyone within a 10 hour radius and will have to be re adjusted every month to maintain it. Like this is a joke right? My advice, stay away from this place. I was fooled into buying something including the extended warranty that won't cover anything. 12,000 miles on a 40 thousand dollar car that gets to sit in my driveway and collect dust. Thanks bayird. I won't be back and neither will the thousands of people I do business with, because I'll be sure to let them know of your business practices. ?

Our salesman was Daryn Huber and we had a great experience. He went above and beyond, checked back with us, and walked us through the process. I see someone else had issue, but since we couldn't remember his salesman's name then I don't take much weight in that. All and all a very good experience.

Amazing service! Very courteous, knew what we were looking for, started test driving and got us approved while testing! Didn’t have to wait a week to hear anything like the other dealership we were dealing with previously. Everyone was very knowledgeable and nice to us like we were family! Thanks Daryn, Mark, and Justin this was the best and easiest experience buying a new truck we have ever had!

My experience was awful. Daryn was the pushiest salesman I’ve ever run into. Being in the car business now I know I made the wrong choice that day. The cars fine but the overall experience was painful. I do not recommend this dealership to anybody.

They picked up my car to check what was going on with my ac. When I got my car back which took til almost 5pm even though they said they would have it back at my work down the road by 4pm mind you they got it at 10am they broke my window button and tried to lie about it! They then put the wrong switch board in and refuses to fix it now because “a 2009 car is just gonna break” absolutely not. I refuse to even begin to be okay with that sentence. Now I can’t roll either of my front windows up. My unlock/lock button won’t work also my mirrors won’t work either. They are trying to say it’s my window motors but had a second opinion done on it and absolutely not? that’s the guys exact words it doesn’t control all of that I promise you I will never ever bring my car back for them to work on!! So now my air kinda works but now I can’t roll my windows up so thanks for that! I have NEVER EVER been treated this way!
