I like the new ATMs. Still would like to see more ATMs and wider drive thrus. Aside from that, they do a good job at the service they provide.

The drive thru is so very small. If you have a diesel truck you might as well park because the drive thru is way to small. My husband uses this bank. However I don't. They have odd hours. Again the drive thru is such a tight space. People have a habit of taking both drive thru lanes up because they want to be first either way. People are able to hog the line's because again the drive thru is so small. The drive thru is for ATM only. There is never a person in the portion that deposits money, or to just speak to someone without getting out. You have to go in to speak with a person.

Only 1 of the 2 ATM's are working. No other ATM's in the area that are accessiable.

I enjoy and like banking with BOA. I am not a Karen and do not typically leave bad reviews on anyone. I am the guy that tips 20% + everytime regardless of how the service was. That being said every Friday your ATM's are either down or there is a Loomis truck parked working or loading the other taking you down to one ATM with a line out to the road. Stepping inside is slower than waiting in line. Chick-fil-A of banking you are not.

Horrible service. They try to charge you to cash checks from their own bank..... I don't know how this place is still open. There's a 100 bank within 20iles of this one, make the right choice and go somewhere else. It's cheaper to cash their checks at Walmart.

Well I called once they answered and instantly hung up so then next 3 times I called it just rang so customer service is trash just like the employees don't know how their still in business
