I called to see if I could make an appointment for my car, as it hasn’t been starting very well the past couple days.
The wonderful lady that answered the phone was so polite. She asked me a couple questions and let me ask some questions of my own. She didn’t have an answer to a couple of them, so she took my name and number and was going to talk to the mechanic and call me back.
It wasn’t 20 mins later that she called. He suggested I go have the battery checked before I wasted any money having the car checked out. It sounded like a bad battery to him. She told me where I could get it checked for free, and if it wasn’t the battery to call her back and they would get me in for an appointment. It was nothing more than a bad battery, and I only had to pay for the cost of the battery to have it replaced. I cannot thank Joe’s enough for the free and solid advice. They saved me time, money and the hassle of trying to have my car looked at, with nothing more than a phone call. Thank you for your generosity!!

“I found them through my employer and I had an issue with the alternator they addressed correctly with a lifetime warranty and when it started giving me signals again they tried to diagnose it but it was too intermittent to diagnose. Well finally discovered that the problem was the alternator was over charging the battery. They warrantied it and another issue that had previously been diagnosed there was corrected, they are great and the only mechanics I trust. Definitely go to them.”

It doesn't matter if you've got an appointment or not they're going to fix your tire or sell you a new set. Old school! They're never too busy for a customer!!! The place we went to on caraway told us it was going to cost around $4000+ for just tje feont end. We never had that done. Today A-plus auto said there was 'NOTHING' wrong with my front end! We were only charged for brakes and roters! Thank you for being 'THAT' business with integrity!”
“Large selection of vehicles to pull from very high chance they will have the part you are looking for. I have a 2001 4X4 Lincoln navigator the clutch solenoid failed in, if the slight chance I could actually get it from AutoZone O'Reillys Napa (which I could) was going to be $350. Did a little search here and completely fixed the issue with a salvage clutch solenoid and another shift lever ($65 new) all for $20 and been running a good month now with no issues and much better gas mileage! DEFINITELY WOULD RETURN AND PROBABLY WILL!”
