“Went there to catch the snapon salesman man and was told that they were not sure what time he would be there but Marty was nice enough to ask me what I needed and I gave him the details of what I needed and he told me that if the snapon man had the tool that he would get the tool and call me and let me know that he got it and I would not have to wait around for snapon. So I did some chores and Marty called and told me that he had gotten the tool for me, l went there and picked it up and paid him for the tool. That's what you call top notch service.”

I will never understand why the money comes off immediately and goes back in a few days. Common sense just is not very common. If you can take it off immediately you can put it back immediately. “These guys worked on the timing on my car and when I got it back, shortly thereafter the car was having trouble. I thought it was due to the work they did. J&K took the vehicle back in and worked on the timing again just in case it was an issue due to their previous work (charging me nothing).As it turns out, it was a separate issue all together (transmission unfortunately).Since we have already paid such a hefty bill to have the timing worked on and water pump replaced, he cut me a deal on labor for the transmission. He even said if for some reason it wasn’t the transmission and they did the work, that he would pay for parts and labor.Stand up guy.”
