They are the worst people I had a car from them still have my paperwork on it because they wouldn’t fix it and the door came open while driving with my kid next to do when I brought the vehicle bk to them still had drive out tags on it had the car a week and then they refused to give me my money back on the vehicle

Keith and Matt were really great. Very straight forward about things which I like. And they came down on the sale price for me which was awesome!Unfortunately, 3 days after I bought my van it would not start. The battery was dead. The mechanic I had my car taken to said it could be the alternator. So waiting to see if that is going to be an issue.I’m torn on this situation because I truly believed I was working with ethical people. And maybe Keith and Matt are, but then maybe the mechanic who works for them is not. So that is a management issue and they should hire someone else since he is not doing his job. It put me in a situation where I could not start my van when I had my three small children with me. Very frustrating.
