I worked with Dyland he was AWESOME. He made sure I got in the vehicle that I really wanted. I would most definitely recommended speaking to Dyland when you go into American car center.

Very disappointed on trying to get a car yesterday. The salesman which I prefer not to state the name cause I will keep it respectful but I definitely felt a cold shoulder towards him and I didn’t feel like he didn’t bother to care to service me or not! I was really excited about purchasing a car from them because I talked to him previously on the phone about my situation and he said it would work. I ask a lot of questions so I don’t waste my time and I did JUST THAT! Will not recommend very poor customer service!

Dyland at American car center was very upbeat and helpful. Helped me find the best car for my family with our budget. Low down payments and financed sales tax and tags was very convenient. Would recommend.

Jay Ro was super awesome. He will work his hardest to get you in the vehicle you want. They have a wide variety of vehicles and the wait is not long at all! So if you're in the market for a ride come by and see Jay Ro and Steve.I am editing my previous 5 stars because I was assured the vehicle was a great vehicle and if I had problems that were covered under the warranty it would be fixed in a timely manner. I have had this vehicle for 11 months well within warranty and over a month have not had it fixed. It is the transmission for sure and they are sending me through hoops and loops to try to get my vehicle fixed.Not really sure I recommend this place for a vehicle considering the main office is in Memphis and after you buy the vehicle in Jonesboro you don't deal with them no longer.
