A woman I spoke to on the phone. A few days earlier was excessively rude. And wherever we arrange for pick up of a leased item because we were locating out-of-state, and will not be able to take it with us. The pick up crew was bottom of the barrel. They were cocky, 1 Man, started to let up a cigarette before coming into the house. I had to tell him not to do it, because my mother has a life-threatening allergy. I don’t care what you smoke or not. You don’t have the right to go to SOMEONES Home smoking no, that’s unprofessional. Further the appliances that they were taking out, they did not handle with care. I do not know if they damaged or not. They were definitely far from professional. We’ve had to pick up some delivery, service company and other locations on multiple occasions and we have never had any issues with a delivery or pick up crew. They’ve always handled things professionally. This time they acted as if we were imposing. Even the manager was offended that we returned. It was only eight payments left ago. But we were leaving in the state and you’re not allowed to transport leased items out of state so I had no choice but return it. So all of this particular branch to Jonesboro Arkansas location is the worst errands I’ve ever dealt with

I was promised a Samsung 55 inch TV and got stuck with a 55 inch hisense TV instead which it has been nothing but problems to begin with I called several times and described what it was doing they told me it was new but on the back of the TV it says it manufactured in 2019 kept freezing turning off and then the picture would fade they never want to resolve the problem I paid over a $1,000 for a big paper weight and their repair coverage is a joke they try to avoid replacing or repairing do use Aaron's

Staff at this location are rude and don't care about their customers. I was a loyal customer for over a year and never missed one payment. Yet they on several occasions will call and talk disrespectfully to their customers. Like they feel they are above them or they are doing you a favor because you do business with them. You are better of going through Wayfair. You won't get ripped off or have to deal with the rude people at this location. And yes I reported this store to their corporate office several times and nothing ever got done. ?

They run your credit card when they are not supposed to. Ran mine 2 weeks in a row when my payment was monthly and wasnt due. Very unprofessional and rude staff. They do not work as a team and do not have it together in their office at all.

These people are horrible at their job they are rude they call every other day one saids one thing the other saids something else I swear if I decide to keep this over priced furniture and pay it off I will never rent from them again I will go to rent a center and do business with them cus customer service is horrible and all they do is lie and never on the same page at all?????

Well this store does not even need one star. My husband has a contract not myself. Our family has been Covid impacted loss of a family member. We have been in and out of town do to this and our own sickness. We had family at the residence one which was a minor and a few other people at residence. The Manager Derrick Williams stood by a no trespassing sign under garage and my family member did not know who he was or what they were doing there. She asked him to leave several times Derrick Williams told her “she was me”! She felt threatened and closed the garage door with him inside it. When she returned the garage door was open and adult approached him and told him to leave. He closed the garage door manually because it would not closed after Derrick Williams vandalized the garage door property. Ashley his assistant called me wanting to speak to my husband. I informed her what Derrick Williams did this morning. (Which was this past Saturday when I was away) She hung up and I called back… Derrick Williams told me over the phone that was me he was talking too this morning again . I informed him again it was not myself and I am not in a contract with him. Called corporate over situation. They came at my family member with hostility and very unprofessional. Do not do business with this company.
