I have had a membership with 10 Fitness for around eight years. I love that there are several types of memberships that allow for each persons need. As one that travels around Arkansas a lot, I know I can always be close to one of their locations. On average, I use about 6 of their facilities a year and have always had exceptional customer service. I love having a gym at an affordable rate that is open 24/7 with a wide range of machines and weights. This location is always clean and I love the spacious layout which helps it never feel over crowded.

I WAS a member of this gym for over 15 years. James (Lex) Owens. Recently I had to get a new circle code. The thing you put on your key ring. I didn’t have my key ring so I just stuck it in my pocket. They also gave me a wristband. That night I worked out and must have lost my circle code at the gym. Two days later, I couldn’t find my circle code. I did not know it was lost at the time, I thought I had left it at the house or in my brothers car, so I used my wristband. It didn’t work. I called the number. Talked to a guy named Joshua that said I “shared my wristband” and someone came in with it the night before. I told him that’s not possible because I’ve had my wristband the whole time. He said I’m looking at the notes and it says “shared his wristband”. I told him I might have lost my circle code but they didn’t use my wristband. I told him I wouldn’t do that. I’ve been a member a long time. He told me “people do it all the time”. I said I did not do it. He said you just got a new member code two days ago and someone tried to use it the next day. So I had to have shared it. I told him I didn’t, and that’s fine, I’ll talk with the manager on Monday. It’s just I don’t like someone telling me I did something I did NOT do. I asked his name (Joshua) and asked if this was recorded. He could have said someone used your code to get in so you’ll have to talk with a manager. Instead he made me feel like a criminal and told me I shared my wristband. I asked to cancel. He sent the form (no remorse). And last night I canceled my membership with 10fitness after over 15 straight years of membership. Terrible after hours customer service. I’ll be glad to deal with the MANY other gyms in the area than to ever deal with 10fitness again.

Awesome place very open and roomy!!! I love how no one’s hollering while lighting weights… It’s a Avery comfortable environment!!! For sure a judge free zone!!!

I joined 10 fitness when it opened in Jonesboro, AR. I have always been more than satisfied with it. I also belong to L.A. Fitness in Long Beach, CA. I would drop L.A Fitness if I had access to 10 Fitness. The equipment is really similar. But, hands down, 10 Fitness has a primo staff. It's nice to be greeted when entering and leaving. The staff work hard to keep the equipment clean as well as generally policing the gym for cleainess. The staff is not afraid to get their hands dirty. Recently, I lost an expensive piece of jewelry there. Madison found it and turned it in. When I realized I lost it, I just knew it was gone for good. But that was not the case. Honesty and trust are crucial to running a successful business. The employees at 10 Fitness are HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. I will forever be indebted to Madison and 10 Fitness. Thanks

10/10 would recommend getting a membership here in the Jonesboro area. My favorite 10 fitness out of a couple I’ve been to throughout the state. Gym building is not new and may not have all the bells and whistles like others but they make up for it with a great set up and like others I’ve seen this gym really cares about their cleanliness and keeping their equipment organized and new!
