Pharmacy is the worst. I was told that I could not get a prescription that I physically saw the other day before because it was out of stock. So, basically they decided that I did not need my prescription and dumped it, relabeled it and gave it to someone else. THE WORST.

It's a fun place to explore the many different things, great place if you're looking for gifts. Sometimes they have some unusual, outside the normal everyday options to choose from. I'd recommend Walgreens. Some locations better than others.

Pharmacy closes earlier than listed.
Staff will let you wait on hold after closing without telling you they're closed. Causes delays in prescription pickup.

Waited in the drive thru 10-15 minutes . We were the only car left while the car in front was discussing an issue with the pharmacist. I pulled around to the open lane as we were the last car. There were a number of pharmacist inside but none would recognize us even though we continuedto ring the buzzer. They placed a sign in the window that said closed2-20-24 at 6:00PM. They normally close at 7:00. If they have an earlier closing time it should be posted in a SIGN prior to getting to the window and being ignored. We are there for medication that's needed asap we're not there shopping for clothes.

At this point just shut the pharmacy down PERMANENTLY. This isn’t a restaurant that just happens to be out of your favorite appetizer, this is a medical facility that holds consumer life or death medications. There’s no excuse for anyone to go 3 plus days without being able to retrieve their medications. Im starting to believe that keeping this location open is all about greed! Let it go and shut it down. Im tired of having to call my doctor and have them transfer my medications from one walgreens to another. Time to just leave the Walgreens franchise altogether.

I’ve scheduled 3 different times to get my covid vaccine. All 3 times my wait time is a minimum of 45 minutes from my appointment time. Today there was absolutely no one in the waiting area. I do NOT understand why I’m scheduling an appointment and I’m there on time yet noon is available to do the vaccines. Totally disrespectful of my time & gas for appointments not to be able to be kept. And when I voice my concern the girl acts as if I’ve not said a word, just looked at me like what’s my problem!!! ??

I waited 2 hours on the phone on Friday. 5 days later the pharmacy is still closed. I can't change to another Walgreens because it's opiods. Now I'm back in extreme pain and can't get around.

Update 11/2023:It's been about a year since my last review, and I can't believe I still use this garbage pharmacy. They're not friendly, and waited in drive through for 40 minutes before going in. You should not allow a car to sit in the drive-thru for 20 minutes without telling them to come in, or come back. Drive through is for Express pickup... They should not be allowed to sit there while you get their medicine ready. If you're going through the drive-thru expect a minimum of 30 minute wait, if there's more than one car in front of you... Expect 15 minutes if you walk inside and there's more than one person in front of you. And that's minimum time...Original:Customer service is horrible at this pharmacy. And it keeps going downhill faster and faster. If it wasn't for their hours, I would stop using them all together. Rude... The actual pharmacist is usually pretty nice, but the people that answer the phone and work the counters don't even have the customer service you would expect for a farm vet who only treats cows and pigs. They should close the pharmacy, fire them all and start over. If you want a job there you have to reapply. Worst pharmacy I've found!

The Walgreens in Jacksonville Ar.has horrible service. They also discuss your medical information in front of other customers,they rush and dont pay attention to anything. They give out other people meds to the wrong people...they are awful and rude?
