The service at Verizon is fairly good but I will never buy a piece of equipment at one of these locations. Whatever you do don't expect these people to know anything at all about technical support because I promise you, you know more than they do, probably.

Finally, some great customer service restored my faith in version. If you need anything done at a Verizon store, look no further than Jacksonville Verizon. Kristen took care of me and didn’t try to just give me a website and send me on my way. Thanks again

Went to get my wife a new phone and jennie help used wow talk about amazing service sold us a new watch set up our phones did the transfer this is what I strive for in customer service. The other two people she was training or working with were excellent as well.
