I upgraded from 2003 Ford Explorer to a 2008 BMW 335i Coupe. He is very knowledgeable about BMWs, and it was great chatting about cars. “I shopped around at the big dealerships around town and none of them were even close to what my budget was and they were always trying to pressure me into situations I wasn’t feeling comfortable with especially since my first experience financing a vehicle. But at Northside auto there was no pressure at all. The salesman got me into something I wanted and lower than any of the big dealerships offered and made me feel more comfortable with my decision. “Even though my deal didn't go through, I still felt like it was a good business deal. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the old mechanic. He will sit and talk shit about customers things that get brought in. He's not professional at all. The owner is a very nice guy. Works with you when he can. Overall it was a good experience except for having to deal with the old ass mechanic.”
