Tobacco Superstore is a friendly place with great staff who are always pleasant and helpful. Customers have enjoyed their visits for years, rarely experiencing issues. Most employees are welcoming and positive, creating a good atmosphere. However, one staff member appears unhappy with her job, which can affect the experience. Overall, it is a well-liked store with attentive service and a good selection.

All but one person that works there is friendly. She seems to hate her job and consequently, all patrons who enter. Other than her it's a great place. ?
