I am a first time rent-to-own customer and I am so glad I chose Rent One. I've found the whole process very pleasant overall. Any issues getting things set up were handled gracefully by the team. The delivery person was courteous, efficient, and thorough, and did an amazing job setting up our washer and dryer. I feel valued and respected as a customer. Their prices and terms are competitive, and the price is the same whether you pay weekly, biweekly, or monthly, so that's a huge plus as well. Skip the other companies and go with Rent One!

Went in yesterday for the first time ever. Picked out a living room suit. They said it would be delivered yesterday. We told the associates that we were going home to throw away the living room suit we were using since they were delivering the same day. We get home, discard our living room suit, and wait for the new one to be delivered. We wait and wait and wait. I call them this morning and they say , oh there must be a misunderstanding, your not on the delivery until Thursday. I'm livid. They said yesterday and now I have nothing to sit on and I have nothing to sit on but a floor and I have bulging disc in my back that are pressing on my spinal cord.

Furniture was delivered on time and set up exactly how I asked. I am enjoying my new furniture emmencly Love my pillowtop. It is so comfortable to sleep on. And the recliners are fantastic. The Rent One Jacksonville employees are super friendly and super helpful.

My washer went out and I needed a new one asap. I called spoke with the manager and boom had one delivered by the time I finished my 12 hour shift. Great staff and customer service.
