Worst O'Riles l've ever been to. I'm a business owner I went in gave the employee my account. To buy a part for a client And he didn't believe I was the owner gave me the run around, and contest. I usually go to the one on gravel ridge love it there. I told him which one to called to verify he end up calling the wrong one. Never apologized for his rudeness. Never tried to look up my account. When I finally got someone to verify my account, he looked very ignorant I will never come back here after getting my parts.

Went to another auto parts store close to home because my check engine light is on. That store said "I don't have time there's only 2 people here." Mind you there's no one else in the store. Drove a little further and spoke to CARL at O'Reillys in Jacksonville AR. He checked me out and explained exactly what my issue was. He set my mind at ease and was super helpful.

Very knowledgeable and informative. The honesty and patience along with the will to listen has me. I will not go to Auto Zone anymore because I didn’t get the same type of service I received at O’Reilly for the same reason. Thanks Staff!!

I was having a hard time pulling the fuse out after I purchased the fuse puller and fuses so I asked my daughter to see if a employee inside could help me outside. My daughter said when she asked.. the 3 employees complained about having to help me and did eeny, meeny, miny, moe in front of her… Very disrespectful and unprofessional.. You won’t have to play your game to help me again bc I won’t be coming back there..
