Don’t buy or do business with this company. Not unless you want piss poor customers service and in maintained storage units. These cats had the nerves to try to rent me out a storage facility with rusting door with Brocken door knob. They think storage room is worth 87 a month. Get real then once I started calling back for refund no answer as if all these people left for lunch at the same time. I’m hot right now. I called through other means in hopes to get someone who could resolve this issue and every number person I spoke with routed right back to this horrible company .

Recently bought a storage unit and haven't been able to get the key or anything to get into my unit. Went up there today when the office was open however nobody was there and nobody picked up the phone making it even harder to get any help

This used to be a reasonable storage unit, but in May or June of this year they were bought out by another management company. Since then the rates have been raised every month to the point of becoming unsustainable.

On yesterday my storage was broken into! It has to be one their employees. He or She used a key to access my storage! When I arrived my storage was locked! I had to use my on key just get inside! When I open my storage everything was gone! The manager told me this was the third time this happened and that there is nothing she could do for me! Don't go here! They will still your items! The pictures they used for advertising is fake. Last warning Don't Go There!

Not the greatest. No one around on Saturdays sometimes even though that's a business day for them. Their gate opener will stop working at times and they don't even bother to put up an out of order sign telling you to use the other gate so you go to the office thinking you can't get in your storage but, oh, they're out shopping during business hours.
