“Great service. I appreciated the in-person review and estimate completed by Kevin. He was very close to our final weight. Nancy, our moving coordinator, was very good with communication and very fast to respond. She also made payment very easy since we were a private pay customer. Frank our driver, was also wonderful. He meet every need we had for the 2200 mile move. He delivered our furniture on the day we requested. His packing crew was also fantastic. Although I'm not finished unpacking. I've found minimal breakage. What I did find with the packing is a job well done. The unloading crew was great. They placed furniture exactly where I asked for it to go. They were fast and very respectful. Overall I would use this group again.”

“I can’t think the company enough for everything that they’ve done. They were able to locate an item that was never sent to them by a different carrier request at the manufacturer resend my mattress it and get it to me within 24 hours of them receiving it. All points inc. has gone above and beyond any other to help us get out items. Thank you so much. If you use this company or if you have an item being sent to you more than likely it is contracted through a different carrier prior to them receiving your products please keep in mind that they can only do so much as a contracted out third-party delivery service and be patient as their delivery trucks go to certain areas during certain days but if you have any questions or concerns please contact them directly to customer service is absolutely amazing”
