I was told they had something in stock only to get there and it wasn’t in stock to be sold something at a higher cost then service was super slow waited an hour and half 3 days to get what I paid for though it was physically n the store, been trying to reach the manager for 4 days now with no success, to top it off I bought a glass item that they didn’t package or wrap to ensure it was protected from damage just sent it out the door as is

I came into Lowe's to purchase a few tools due to the fact I'll be moving in the couple of days.. I went to the tool section where the attendant Mike saw me 3 times and did not bother to greet me, nor see if I needed any assistance. I am an indecisive person and was standing there for at least 15-20 minutes with absolutely no assistance and he walked right past me with out a single word. I advised one of the managers of this, and her response was "but you did find what you were looking for right?" As I was checking out I saw mike all smiles and speaking with another customer who was a man and not of the same ethnicity I am. As a Marine Corps Veteran I expected a far better experience from a store that "prides" it's self in it's treatment and support of America's Veterans. I guess I will be going to the North Little Rock location moving forward.

My husband and I stopped at Lowes to look at paint colors. After looking around in the paint department. We approached the counter in the paint department. The associate literally looked at us and never opened his mouth. After about 10 sec. I asked “ Are you not going to help us?” He look dead in my eyes and still didn’t say a word. Yet all the white customers prior to us you helped. Needless to say I got his attention. What people don’t understand God is coming back for a church not a race!

I attempted to place a large privacy fence order online. Due to delivery delays not at the fault of the store in Jacksonville. I was waiting for my order. The delivery manager Katie is very nice and professional and she and I communicated easily regarding delivery delays. No truck no drivers. When they did get drivers I was on the list of deliveries when the Corporate Office cancelled my order without communicating with either myself or the store. I was transferred to the Corporate On line division and spoke with a rude young man who basically stated it was my fault the order was cancelled. He said my credit card payment did not go through. I lock my card when not in use. The store would have called had not the Corporate office already cancelled my order. Again, neither myself nor the store were contacted by the Corporate office to communicate that they planned on cancelling my order which was originally placed on May 9th. The delay of delivery was not the fault of myself nor the payment issue. The store was aware I lock my card and stated they would call prior to delivery to ensure the payment went through. It took an act of congress for the Corporate on line representative to replace my order. Then he put it in a quote so naturally payment would not go through over the phone. He said I would have to call the Jacksonville, AR store to have them process payment. When I called the store they could not locate the order as it was entered as a quote. Needless to say I was on the schedule to have my items delivered today and if the Corporate Online representative who cancelled my order had taken 5 minutes to call the store or myself I would be receiving my fencing order today. Instead I am told I will have to place an entire new order and start at the bottom of the wait list for delivery. I will not be placing that repeat order but will go to Home Depot and pick up what I need as I go through the process of building my privacy fence. I guess the Corporate Online people don't need business and they sure are happy to destroy customer relations and business for their stores.

This Lowes is not the one you want to do business with in the Central Arkansas area. Lots more to choose from. This location has been failing in customer service for quite awhile. And, now that Covid has complicated things it has gotten worse. I ordered a refrigerator to be delivered and optional ice maker installed. Two men who could not speak English delivered a damaged and wrong model. Being desperate (not a good thing to be desperate) I accepted it. Then the shenanigans started. No installation of ice maker for my plumber to hook up later. No installation of door handles either. Just dump it and go was their plan. What a joke! I have tried to get hold of David their delivery manager but no luck. The phone rings and rings and then is picked up but no response. What a catastrophe on a simple delivery and setup. At least I have a fridge and my handyman installed the ice maker (paid twice for this) and my plumber is set to connect it to water line. Good thing I'm a positive person...

This Lowe's is complete trash. I paid almost 1100 dollars for blinds to be cut and installed. I never received a call about an update on my order (already paid for) instead I have to call everyday for them to tell me they cannot get in touch with the "installer". I would never recommend this business to anyone the customer should not have to call for updates on a product that was paid for over a month ago. COMPLETE TRASH do not shop there.

I'm only giving a 1 star because I have to give something. I went in looking at options for a fence and couldn't find anyone to help me. When I found some wood I did want, I asked to have the bundle cut, so I could get what I needed and the guy said it would have to be moved and he'd be right back. Well, he never came back. After wandering through the area trying to find someone else, I decided I would go to Home Depot and get what I needed. So, Lowe's customer service in Jacksonville cost them a $1,000.00 sale today and my business from here on!

I normally shop at Home Depot, but since the property I'm working on is in Jacksonville, I walked in Lowe's approximately 4:30pm to get lumber and screws. I walked to the counter and LITERALLY stood in Front of the counter 12 minutes before anyone assisted me. There was an guy (employee) sitting at the desk on the computer, a lady (employee) at the adjoining counter, a lady checking out and another employee just standing in the cut just looking. It took those 3 people to assist one lady who was checking out. At first I thought they were looking up some stuff, then I was like on WOW, they are just plain ignoring me. But I guess when I started looking like I had an attitude, "O may I help you". Customer Service Suck!!! I'll have my camera on the next visit to show your Corporate office & YouTube.

Terrible, terrible service!! Delivery scheduled between 9am and 9pm! Husband started calling at 8am to determine a more narrow window of delivery. Customer service very rude, promised to have manager call, never did! I called at 11:45am after 77 year old husband had been waiting 3 hours in HEAT at building site. I was also hung up on 4 times and treated rudely and was not allowed to speak to manager as requested! Called Lowes headquarters. They contacted delivery driver and had him call me. Said he would arrive within 15 minutes....waiting. Lowes poor "customer care" has lost our business after thousands of dollars in recent weeks during building. "Customer DON'T care" is the face of the store on the phone and deserves less than 1 Star! Rude and totally unhelpful!

I come to this Lowe's all the time. Gluten for punishment I guess. If you're getting paint go somewhere else. Third time I've been here and had to call customer service while in the store to have them send someone to help me. Third time people. 8 workers walking around doing f All and I'm sitting here waiting on paint. See ya later. Can't wait all day this time. Last time I come to this slow place. Sad how they treat Veterans

I am so proud of our local Lowe's stores! I'm an avid shopper at Lowe's and have visited many across the USA and must give a huge shout out to the local ones in this state! The employees are always so helpful and friendly and constantly working and we all know that's a dying thing in this world today Seeing veterans makes me feel more secure in asking for help, these folks know what they are talking about. The store is clean organized and a great place to get whatever project items you need.

Planning a move to AR and needing to purchase several appliances for my home. The clerk, Al, in the appliances dept was super helpful and good to work with. Despite being the only clerk in that dept he was able to multitask and help several people get what they needed. I could tell he was experienced and dedicated to his work. I was able to get my order placed and coordinate a convenient delivery date. Great job Al and thanks again!!

Went to Lowe's to get paint to start the nursery. Worst customer service ever. The lady at the paint desk "Laura" Was rude and literally didn't care that her attitude and unwillingness to help cost us 30 extra minutes in the store. We were buying tintable primer and she made the excuse that it "couldn't be tinted" all to clock out on time. Luckily a nice girl named Danelle came to take her spot and got the job done!! The paint came out amazing and she was so friendly. I'm hunting up my receipt just to do the survey. I only gave them two stars bc Danielle's help was so appreciated... Laura however needs a coaching on her attitude

It started out not so good but they more than made up for it. I bought a washer and dryer for my parents. Initially a lot of miscommunication but in the end they came through and did a fantastic job getting the washer and dryer installed for my parents. Jeremy and his install team did an amazing job. I would just suggest training on in store staff. At the refund desk try to retain business don't just let it go away. In the end you are an awesome store but you almost lost me as a customer forever because nobody seemed to care. If your inside sales is as persistent and determined as your installers your business will grow a lot. I can only imagine how many customers you have lost like me. Good job on the renewed faith by the management and install team.
