I bought hamburg for the fourth...thought about it because i got bad burger before there....i got home an put in fridge wed afternoon...morning of thurs the 4th it was gray an smelled awful...this has happened several times before...the burger there is awful..i will never buy hamburger again at jacksonville kroger...dont have any issues with rest of store, only the ground beef...if you buy it, you best double check it..food poisoning sucks!

Kroger in Jacksonville Arkansas.Finished My shopping,. Went to checkout only self checkout open. Asked if register was going to open was told not at this time. Left cart in isle and excited the store. No longer will shop at Kroger. Will use Edwards or Harp's.

This place is a disgusting I bought some yogurt bars here ate a big huge bite an see the bar is green I check the date it freaking expired may 28th are you KiDDING me how is it on your self almost 3 months later are you SERIOUS!!!

If this was a few years back, I would have given this store the highest rating available. No more. Many items I use to buy, have been discontinued. That’s frustrating. Lately there’s only one checker and he’s showing customers how to self checkout. I saw on TV today where Krogers is going to change over to total self checkout. With the price of food, I don’t think I should have to self checkout. If and when this happens, I’ll definitely change stores and go to Walmart.

I understand businesses wanting to cut cost.. but they have gone a little extreme and now don't have any registered nothing but self-checkout. That may be good for some people, but I myself do not want and will not go any place that does not have a register with someone behind it. As much as prices are in the store you would think that could afford a person behind the register.

today several times I tried to catch a check, I also tried calling the computer answered but when you asked for an associate they hang up on you not once not twice but several times I don't know what the problem is but I'd appreciate it if somebody took care of this

I went in on a Saturday evening for 2 items, I did buy. However, this Kroger store had a bad odor, the first one being the smell of fish as soon as I walked in.
